50C 1920 MAINE PCGS MS67
AN AMAZING SUPERB GEM PIECE!
$ 8250.00
To us (students of Maine Commem), this is one of the more amazing MS67 Maines that exists. As soon as we saw it, we were hoping the price was under $10,000.00 so we could buy it. It was and as you see-we happily own it and are offering it to you!

Maines do NOT come nearly as nice as you think they would in the higher grades. Finding this coin was incredible!

Flawless surfaces are a joy to behold. Study this coin long and hard, there are NO problems or ANY size, ANY where. Of course with a glass you'll see a minor frost break and some Mint made die polishing lines. A surprising strong luster shows off totally ORIGINAL creamy white surfaces that mix with gorgeous olive/deep golden brown colors on the right side of the obverse. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike and DOEs stand out. The eye appeal is AMAZING!

PCGS 25, NGC 32, CAC 13. The last PCGS/CAC that sold in auction brought $5,463.00 04/2013 Heritage. This coin is far superior. If you are a long suffering Commem collectors who buys only the FINEST, then this is the Maine you will want for your set!

50C 1922 GRANT STAR PCGS MS65+
SUPERB!
$ 8950.00
No question this is a VERY HIGH END GWS!

The surfaces are clearly superior to most others. They are super clean and have only light MINT MADE die striations. An unusually strong luster shows off creamy white/ORIGINAL faint gold color. All of the details are exceptionally struck and do appear boldly. In fact we call the eye appeal bold!

PCGS 156, NGC 228, CAC 22. PCGS has only graded 3 in MS65+ to date. The last one of these that sold in a major auction brought $9,200.00 03/2012 Stacks. Keep in mind, a PCGS CAC MS66 (if you could find one) would cost you around $20,000.00 today. Opportunity knocks loud for someone building a great Commem set!

50C 1925 LEXINGTON PCGS MS66+ EX GUTTAG
WHAT A SUPERB GEM!
$ 3750.00
This beast of a Lexington absolutely is a borderline MS67. Out of the Guttag Sale, this coin sold for over $6,000.00!

Only the teeniest tick and giggle can be found if you look really hard and for along time. To the naked eye this coin is clean and smooth. A full booming luster shows off totally ORIGINAL delicate colors of pale gold/icy blue/silver that are evenly spread all over. Every detail is sharply struck and stands out. This is not your typical so/so Lexington! The eye appeal is phenomenal!

PCGS 344, NGC 209, CAC 79. If you seek superior quality pieces for your collection, then look no further!

50C 1938 NEW ROCHELLE NGC MS67PL
BOLDLY MIRRORED!
$ 3750.00
Ever since we were baby dealers, we LOVED these prooflike Commens. They are so neat!

No question this piece has some serious mirrors. They are super clean, have great clarity, and offer bold reflectivity. Some totally ORIGINAL pale golden brown/light olive colors gently frame the peripheries. Unlike several other PL's we have seen, the strike on this coin is amazing. The Fleur is sharply struck (there is a teenie HIDDEN tick on it) as are the details on the bull. Sure looks like a very early striking to us! The eye appeal is phenomenal!

PCGS 0 (PCGS does not designate PL), NGC 15, CAC 4. We have no accurate auction records to go by. We can tell you we have seen them sell between $3250.00 and $6,000.00 in the past 2 years. Its always a matter of the quality of the coin!

50C 1938 OREGON PCGS MS67+ GUTTAG
THE EPITOME OF PERFECTION!
$ 2650.00
We've had our share of cool Guttag coins. When we see them in the secondary market and they are good deals and are rarely nice coins-we do buy them. This coin was too outstanding not buy!

The surfaces of this piece are absolutely pristine. We looked hard and long and found NO imperfections. A strong luster shows off a light and dusky pale ORIGINAL golden brown color. This is NOT dull or drab looking. The details are all sharply struck. The eye appeal is excellent!

ONLY 6000 were ever minted. PCGS 90, NGC 116, CAC 34. Only 9 MS67+ were graded by PCGS so far. The last one to sell in auction brought $2,585.00 06/2013 Heritage. Opportunity knocks loud here!

50C 1950 BTW PCGS MS67
HARD TO FIND SO NICE!
$ 8950.00
We marvel at the quality of this coin. BTW's are one of the hardest coins to find nice. This coin is more then worthy of its lofty designation!

Absolutely clean surfaces are lightly semi-prooflike. They also emit a super strong luster. Both sides have a pretty light and totally ORIGINAL pale green/gold tint (not haze or dull). All of the details are above average in strike. The eye appeal is very pleasing!

ONLY 6000 were minted. PCGS 6, NGC 13, CAC 6. Think about the pops-and thats after 25+ years and several MILLION coins graded between the two services. The last one to sell in major auction brought $8,625.00 11/12 Stacks. Also, we can not name any Commems with PCGS pops this low that are worth LESS then $10,000.00! These simply are never offered for sale! Opportunity knocks loud here is you are building an exceptional commem Type or 144 piece set!

50C 1954 WASH CARVER PCGS MS67
THE FINEST WE'VE EVER SEEN!
$ 11500.00
ALL Washington Carver Commems are RARE in true GEM. But to find one in SUPERB GEM MS67-thats off the charts rare!

This has to be one of the cleanest W?C we have ever seen. Only with a really strong glass can we find a piece of lint hidden on the head. There is little weakness or and no real scuffs. A full booming luster shows off gorgeous totally ORIGINAL pale lime green peripheral colors that open into creamy white centers. ALL of the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is both superior and amazing!

PCGS 2, NGC 3, CAC 2. Of course no other PCGS CAC has sold at auction. This would make a great Type piece or addition to any great GEM Commem set. NONE Are graded higher anywhere!

50C GRANT W/STAR PCGS MS66+
A REAL BORDERLINE MS67!
$ 19500.00
PCGS was a little harsh calling this coin only a MS66+. There really is not anything visible holding it back from a MS67 designation (we make NO promise it will ever 67). Its definitely one of the higher quality Grant W/Stars you will ever see!

The surfaces are incredibly clean. Even with a strong glass all you will see are a few Mint made raised die lines (was struck). A strong luster shows off beautiful moderate ORIGINAL colors of golden brown/pale lavender/silver/light purple that gently cover both sides. All of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is exceptional!

PCGS 40, NGC 39, CAC 8. PCGS has graded only 3 coins MS66+. NO PCGS CAC MS66+ has sold in auction. A PCGS MS66 NON CAC did sell for $18,800.00 11/2013 Heritage. The last PCGS MS67 CAC to sell brought $48,875.00 01/2012 Heritage. The coin we are offering here is HIGH END and does represent a great value!

50C LONG ISLAND PCGS MS67
A GORGEOUS CRISPY ORIGINAL GEM!
$ 4750.00
Even though this coin does not have wild spray painted colors, it really was love at first sight for us! We have not seen many really great quality LI's like this over the years.

Incredibly clean and smooth surfaces are a joy to behold. Search forever with a strong glass and you won't find any flaws. Unquestionably ORIGINAL and cardboard type toning is plashed over the surfaces. Rich but slightly iridescent colors of golden brown/deep green/pale purple are scattered about. ALL of the details are exceptionally well struck and are devoid of the typical "mushy" areas. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 48, NGC 73, CAC 25. Even a PCGS NON CAC just sold for $4,112.00 05/2013 Stacks. the last PCGS CAC piece brought $4,406.00 11/2012 Heritage. That should be pretty powerful proof as to how often these do NOT appear.

50C MAINE PCGS MS67
A BALL OF LUSTER!
$ 5350.00
Throughout our careers, Maine Commems have long been one of our favorites. We really do love the design!

An intense headlight type luster shows off no real flaws. Even with a strong glass its hard to find any lines. There is a teenie speck of something on the reverse of unknown origin (its NOT PVC or anything negative). Both sides are untoned and are frosty white. The eye appeal is fantastic!

PCGS 27, NGC 32, CAC 16. The last one to sell in auction brought $4,994.00 09/2013 Heritage. These are NOT as easy to find as you might think!
