1C 1793 WREATH VINE AND BARS PCGS MS64+BN
INCREDIBLE!
$ 179500.00
For the longest time Legend has had a huge love affair with this exquisite coin. It clearly is a borderline MS65BN.

This coin was struck on a problem free planchet. There clearly is strong luster and gloss. Some light die clash marks are visible. Overall, the surfaces look amazingly clean and smooth. Both sides are an even totally original chocolate brown color. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do stand out. There is a slight die flake on her face (that's as made). The eye appeal of this coin is incredible!

PCGS 8, NGC 8, CAC 4 (we think this is 2 of the 4). To date, this coin is the ONLY MS64+BN. It is ex Cardinal Collection. PCGS has graded possibly 10 coins finer. The last regular PCGS (not +) CAC piece sold in auction for $141,000.00 06/2014 Heritage. A MS65 would cost you at least $250,000.00 if you could find one. This has all the looks of MS65, for less!

1C 1794 HEAD OF 94 PCGS MS66BN S-31
UNBELIEVABLE QUALITY!
$ 147500.00
Legend Numismatics is proud to offer a spectacular 1794 Large Cent that also happens to have the ultimate credentials: ex Naftzger (not on holder). We consider this coin VERY HIGH END for the grade.

Nearly immaculate surfaces are smooth and look satiny. There is a teeny light old tick visible only with a strong glass on the left obverse (mentioned for accuracy). No question this coin is totally ORIGINAL and has NEVER been messed with. A surprisingly strong luster shows off totally original and mostly chocolate brown colors with lots of subtle GEM Mint Red mixed in. A slight glossy look can be seen. Miss Liberty and the details are so sharply struck they look sculpted. The eye appeal is incredible-like the coins quality.

PCGS 4, NGC 0, CAC 5. The last one to sell in major auction brought $117,642.00 04/2014 heritage (NOT this coin). We bought this piece privately because it is pure "Legend" quality. Its a piece we have had trouble putting away-its just that great to look at. Saw the monster 66+-but that coin is offered at $300,000.00. This coin is well worthy of what we are asking. After all, its only a SUPERB GEM 220 year old copper piece that borders perfection!

1C 1796 REV 97 PCGS MS64BN S-119 COL GREEN/NEWMAN
AN AWESOME 218 YEAR OLD CENT!
$ 26500.00
WOW! This 218 year old copper cent has it all! It has a terrific pedigree (Newman/Col Green), it has superior quality, and it is fresh to the market after having been away for over 50+ years!

Struck on a decent planchet, there are only minor imperfections that are so small you need a strong glass to find them. It is very safe to say this coin is VERY clean overall. The surfaces are a slightly glossy medium and totally original chocolate brown color. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are very well struck. There is a light die crack at 5-6:00 on the obverse and there is even some light die clashing. The eye appeal is great!

PCGS 4, NGC 1, CAC 3. The last one to sell prior to this coin brought $28,200.00 04/2013 Heritage. We think ANY price for one of these BELOW $30,000.00 is a steal. Its not like your ever going to see many found or offered!

1C 1805 PCGS MS62+ BN S-269 COL GREEN/NEWMAN
SUPER!
$ 10000.00
We do not see any real reason why PCGS did not grade this coin MS63. We do grade the coin ULTRA HIGH END!

The planchet seems to be decent. Its very interesting to note that with a strong glass what you see are not cuts or problems. There are many dies cracks and even die clashes. There is some very light glossy texture. The color is an even moderate original chocolate brown. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. Some light toning does appear on Miss Liberty's face. The eye appeal is fantastic!

PCGS 8, NGC 6, CAC 6 (this is 2x). PCGS has graded only this coin MS62+. There are only 6 graded higher. A special note: The last MS62 (not 62+) that sold in auction brought $9,400.00 04/2014 Heritage. In MS63 one sold for $16,450.00 01/2014 Goldberg. Do not let the fact the two coins sold fool you-these are rare coins that seldom appear!

1C 1810 PCGS MS64BN
ULTRA HIGH END!
$ 49500.00
If you really know how to grade Large Cents, then you will see immediately this is not a blah, blah, blah hyped coin made out to be ultra high end-it is the REAL deal! Even we resubmitted it seeking an MS65BN. PCGS was in a bad mood or something that day. We sure can't find any problems. There is no reason what so ever this coin is not at least an MS64+

First, this coin was struck on a problem free planchet. To the naked eye there are NO imperfections. Even more surprising when using a strong glass-there are NO problems of any size, any where. The texture is smooth and is not crusty like you typically see. There is no such thing as even a toning dot or single microscopic fleck here. A moderate luster (these don't come lit up like later dates) show off beautiful and totally original moderate chocolate brown colors. There are NO stains. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do stand out. Even she displays ZERO imperfections. The eye appeal is great!

PCGS 4, NGC 3, CAC 2 (we think this coin is 2X on PCGS and CAC). We can not stress enough the extreme rarity and ULTRA high end quality this piece has. Keep in mind, the last PCGS MS65 that sold in auction brought $149,500.00 09/2009 Goldberg. We sure would love to put this coin next to it and compare. Besides the phenomenal quality, you rarely ever see the Classic pieces ever offered in MS64 or higher. And most of the time when you do, they are crusty and faded. We assure you, this coin is everything we are saying-we just can't promise it will ever grade higher.

1C 1833 PCGS MS66RB N-2 NAFTZGER
REALLY A GEM RD!
$ 24000.00
One of the wonders of the world is exactly what standards PCGS uses when determining if a Large Cent is red. This coin is not only a GEM but is as close to a MS RD as you will ever see!

Remarkable surfaces are amazingly clean and smooth. There are zero planchet issues. A surprisingly strong luster shows off 90% (if we had to guess) GEM Mint RD colors. There are NO spots, stains, or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is like the quality-remarkable!

PCGS 4, NGC 1, CAC 1. This coin last sold back in 01/2013 for $27,025.00 Heritage. We thought it was a great deal then, we believe its an even better deal now! You will NOT see anything remotely similar-even in other dates. The Naftzger Pedigree is become harder and harder to find as most of his coins are now in strong hands. This is one remarkable GEM Large Cent!

1C 1839 SILLY HEAD N-9 PCGS MS65RB NAFTZGER
MOSTLY GEM MINT RED!
$ 9500.00
Our jaws dropped and locked and we still can't eat! Yes, this coin is that amazing.

A remarkable luster shows off surfaces that are basically perfect. We used a strong glass and covered every inch and found ZERO imperfections. Shockingly about 85% of this coin is GEM ORIGINAL MINT RED. There are some splashes of light brown toning (and a few pinpoint toning dots) scattered around. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

PCGS 6, NGC 2, CAC 4 (we believe this coin is represented 2x). PCGS has graded only ONE full RED coin-an MS66+ coin that we sold back in 2011 for $70,000.00 (and the color was funky at best). The only time this coin ever appeared in auction was back in 2009-at the original Naftzger Sale. We bought it out of that sale for $6,037 02/2009 Goldberg. Its been 5 long years hidden away and yes, this coin definitely has appreciated-and deserves it. In a major auction it probably would go for a "runaway" price. We assure you, there is NOTHING else like it!

1C 1841 PCGS MS66BN
A MONSTER!
$ 5500.00
Some how we managed to lose the pedigree. We believe it is a Nafztger coin-it sure looks like one!

No question this coin is an MS66++. Its got a really neat die crack going through all the stars on the obverse. The surfaces are flawless. A moderate luster also shows off the totally original brown with hints of MINT RED color that evenly coats both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have crisp full strikes. The eye appeal is spectacular!

PCGS 2, NGC 3, CAC 3 (we're pretty sure this is 2x). PCGS and NGC have graded NONE higher. The last one of these to sell in auction brought $4,994.00 09/2014 Heritage. We think that's a steal.

1C 1842 SM DT PCGS MS65RD N-2 NAFTZGER
UNBELIEVABLE!
$ 87500.00
For sure, this is the grand highlight of our Naftzger Large cent offering! We marvel at how this incredible piece even exists.

This unquestionably is the FINEST 1842 RD. The surfaces are remarkably clean and satiny. You can look for hours and find NO imperfections of ANY size,ANY where. A full booming luster combined with absolute ORIGINAL GEM MINT RED colors make this coin resemble a brand new Lincoln Cent! The colors are stable and there is no sign they are turning. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is beyond anything anyone has ever seen for an GEM RD Large cent from the 1840's! Your jaw will drop and lock while uncontrollable drool runs down your cheek!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. This coin last sold in the Cardinal sale in 01/2013 Heritage. It brought $76,375.00. Back in the original Naftzger sale 09/2009, this coin brought $71,875.00. We never regraded this coin. We can not see how this coin could not MS65+ RD at the very least.

Legend is pleased to be to offer our friends this truly once in life time coin. It will certainly be the highlight of ANY GEM Large Cent Collection!

1C 1843 PCGS MS66BN Petite HD, SM LT N-15 NAFTZGER
OUTSTANDING!
$ 8500.00
There is no such thing as a finer 1843BN 1C! This coin is amazing-typical to the Naftzger pedigree.

Absolutely PERFECT surfaces are smooth and have NO marks. There is a very light planchet impression HIDDEN on the neck-that can only be seen with a strong glass. You will marvel at the surfaces like we did. A strong luster (which does have a full cartwheel effect) shows off totally original shades of GEM MINT RED and beautiful original pale brown. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full crisp strikes. The eye appeal is awesome!

PCGS 2, NGC 4, CAC 3 (we think this coin is 2x)The last time this coin was in auction was in the original Naftzger sale. We paid $6,612.50 for it 09/2009 Goldberg. There have been NO 1843 66BN for sale in auctions since! That is powerful proof as to this coin rarity!
