$1 1883 PCGS PR65 CAMEO
  ULTRA HIGH END!
Sold on 05/2010
We were disappointed this coin did not grade PR66 Cameo. We actually did submit it at the LV Invitational. It really has a PR66 look.

There is some light milky toning in parts of the left obverse field, otherwise we see no distractions. The mirrors are crystal clear, clean, and have awesome reflectivity. A thin but electric band of blue/violet colors frame the rims only. Miss Liberty and the details are full struck and have bright, thick, silvery white frost. You eyes will pop out when they see this coin!

PCGS 6, NGC 9, CAC 2. PCGS has graded only 5 coins higher. CAC has stickered nothing higher.

  FLASHY!
Sold on 08/2008
Great quality and eye appeal. Superb surfaces are like a fresh formed sheet of crystal clear ice. They have strong mirrors and few marks. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is great! This piece is housed in an older green tag holder. Pop. PCGS 125 / NGC

  YEH!!! A REAL GEM DMPL!
Sold on 10/2008
We are pleased to offer a FULL GEM BLACK AND WHITE DMPL Morgan! The mirrors are unquestionably 8" deep, have tremendous clarity, and flash. The ONLY thing you can see is a few TEENIE ticks scattered about-nothing is serious. Miss Liberty and the details are heavily frosted and have great strikes. Her cheek is clean and definitely has not been messed with (many have been greased). The eye appeal is stunning! No matter how picky you are, this piece WILL please you!

$1 1883CC PCGS MS65 DMPL
A GORGEOUS REAL BLACK AND WHITE GEM!
Sold on 01/2009
For the past few years it has been ridiculously hard to find a REAL GEM 83CC $1 DMPL. gradeflation really made many 64's into 65's and so on. We always buy GEM DMPL's when they are NOT over graded!

Killer super deep and crystal clear mirrors are at least 8" deep and have a tremendous glassy and reflective look. Yes, there are a few teenie ticks, but NONE are bad enough to call this coin over graded or ugly (keep in mind, the deeper the mirror the more any tick-even a teenie one will show up). Miss Liberty and the details are not only sharply struck, but they drip with a heart pounding thick pure snow white frost (there is a small trace of gold on the cheek). The eye appeal of this coin is spectacular! Take our word on this, CAC does not sticker many CC DMPL's!

PCGS 645, NGC 255. The last one to sell in major auction brought $1,725.00 in 09/08 Heritage.

  ULTRA DEEP MIRRORS!
Sold on 08/2010
WOW! This is NOT some hazed up, messed with, barely made it DMPL.

This coin has crisp, remarkably clear, and full 8"+ mirrors that do appear black (a term). There are a few teenie ticks scattered about-but NONE are big or detract fom the grade. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted a GEM snow show and are fully struck. The eye appealis amazing and yes, you can practially shave using the mirrors!

PCGS 680, NGC 267, CAC 24. The mirrors are the real deal here!

  ALMOST DMPL!
Sold on 01/2010
We will buy any coin when it has outstanding quality and killer eye appeal-like this coin.

This jewel is nearly full DMPL. 4"++ mirrors are VERY clean, crystal clear, and offer powerful reflectivity. A stunning thin crescent of blue/green/violet colors frames the left obverse. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. her cheek is totally original and not messed with (or puttied). The eye appeal is GORGEOUS!

PCGS 558, NGC 414, CAC 8. Sure, there are many others graded, but few will have the killer looks like this coin has!

  VERT PRETTY COLOR!
Sold on 02/2010
Even the Sonnier Collection of colored Morgans did not have many colored CC coins (and NONE were PL)!

This coin has a true rainbow/bag toned obverse. Gorgeous shades of royal blue/aqua green/gold/violet swirl together forming a beautiful and meomorable pattern over 3/4 of the obverse. There is just a blush of gold by the rim on the reverse. The surfaces have just a few teenie ticks. No question there are fully flashy prooflike mirrors on this piece. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is PRETTY!

PCGS 559, NGC 410, CAC 8.

  FLASHY MIRRORS!
Sold on 01/2009
Even though there are many earlier and exotic CC's, you can't have a great CC Collection without some great Morgans! The Pickering Creek CC Collection certainly does have a few.

This piece is solid for the grade. Fully 8" mirrors reveal just a few trivial and minor ticks here and there. The mirrors are deep, glassy, clear, and have strong reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are heavily frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is very nice. PCGS 103, NGC 38. PCGS has only graded 2 coins finer.

  GORGEOUS!
Sold on 01/2010
WOW! THIS IS A REAL MS67!!!!! That's a pretty big issue since the Morgan series suffers from severe upgrading.

At first glance, this coin looks more like a commoner 83O. All of the surface area is smooth and VERY clean. Any ticks are teenie and are really only visible with a strong glass. The luster is intense and really shows off the bright white color. This is NOT a dipped out coin! Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and have light frost. Her cheek is amazingly clean and rounded. Any old time perfectionist dollar buyer WILL love this GEM!!!!

PCGS 127, NGC 107.
