$1 1879-CC CAPPED DIE PCGS MS-65
  A MONSTER HIGH END GEM!
Sold on 03/2008
We believe this is the second finest capped Die in GEM we have ever seen. The finest one sold for $51,750.00 in a Heritage auction last year. Keep in mind, after 20+ years of grading, there are NO MS66's. That is powerful confirmation as to how rare these really are in GEM.

One look is all you need to confirm that an MS65 is the least you would call this piece. Both sides are fresh, VERY clean, satiny, and of course, lusterous. The thick luster also proves this coin was never dipped. Both sides are a satiny soft white. Miss Liberty and the detaisl are exceptionally struck and do have light frost. The eye appea-especially for a 79CC Capped die is remarkable!

No matter how picky you are or how long you have been collecting Morgans, you WILL LOVE this MONSTER GEM! Buy it from us, if it were in auction, you'd probably have to pay $10,000.00 more (with out the back up about the quality)!

$1 1880-CC 8/HIGH 7 PCGS MS-67
  FROSTY WHITE AND SUPERB!
Sold on 01/2008
GEM Morgans are always a pleasure to own. This coin is truly SUPERB! Both sides are very clean, have an intense luster, and are creamy white. If you didn't know it was an CC, you'd be thinking S Mint. Miss Liberty and the details are heavily frosted and are fully struck. Her cheek is clean and rounded. The eye appeal is fabulous. CC's are one of the most popular types of Morgans period. We are pleased to offer one of the finest 80CC's. PCGS 5, NGC 1.

$1 1881 NGC PR-64 CAMEO MORGAN
  GLASSY MIRRORS!
Sold on 03/2008
VERY HIGH END QUALITY! Only using a strong glass can you see a few stray lines. The mirrors are deep, clear, clean, glassy, and have bold reflectivity. A moderate mix of blue/pale violet/golden brown frames the peripheries on both sides. Miss Liberty and the detaisl are exceptionally struck and have light silvery white frost. The eye appeal is beautiful! PCGS 19, NGC 13. The last one to sell in auction went for $4,370.00 in 04! Opportunity knocks loud here!

$1 1880-S PCGS MS-67
  SUPERB!
Sold on 02/2008
This is not your run of the mill over graded MS67. It is the real deal! Sleek, clean, and semi-prooflike mirrors adorn both sides. A full lsuter highlights the creamy white color and appearance. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do stand out. Most important, her cheek is amazingly clean, rounded, and puffy. A great Morgan Dollar!

$1 1900 O/CC PCGS MS-66
  A SUPERB GEM!
Sold on 03/2008
We are pleased to offer one of the more interesting over date Morgans in an exceptional state of preservation.

This coin is clearly a superb GEM. The surfaces are extremely clean, sleek, and have a super strong luster. Both sides are white and have lots of flash. Mis Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. Her cheek is NOT messed with and is nicely rounded. The O/CC is clear to the naked eye. PCGS 72, NGC 11.

$1 1889 PCGS MS-65 DMPL
  DEEPLY MIRRORED!
Sold on 08/2008
If this coin had just a little more contrast, it probably would be worth $25,000.00! The mirrors are a full 8"+ deep and have amazing clarity for the date (there is a faint hint of milkiness). This is highly unusual for an 1889. There are just a few trivial teenie ticks scattered about-none that affect the grade (this definitely is NOT a 64 in a 65 holder). Miss Liberty and the details are well struck (you can see hints of a rusted rev die). There is a decent amount of silvery frost visible. The overall eye appeal is great. We do NOT believe the current pops are correct. This is not a date you see often in GEM DMPL. PCGS 31, NGC 14. CAC is extra critical about what DMPL's it stickers-and this one made it easily!

$1 1884-CC PCGS MS-65 DMPL
  BOLDLY CAMEOED!
Sold on 02/2008
Fully black and white cameoed! All DMPL's should look this good! Both sides have full 8"++ mirrors that are so deep and flashy they could glow in the dark. Just a few teeny ticks are visible-none large enough to focus on. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The details are coated with a thick pure snow white frost. The cheek is clean and is NOT thumbed or messed with. If you seek an Ultra Black and White 84CC, then check this GEM out!

$1 1904 PCGS MS65
  SUPER HIGH END AND COLORED!
Sold on 01/2008
Super High End and gorgeously colored! We bougth this coin from one of the sharpest Dollar "crackout" dealers who not only lost a bundle on it, but still thinks its a shot MS66. our opinion, its a killer MS65+, not a MS66.

Unliek other 1904 P's, this coin is evenly covered on both sides by a GORGEOUS mix of colors. Moderate shades of blue/purple/lavender/amber/gold green swirl togther nicely. The surfaces are clearly visible and have NO flaws. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. Her cheek is extra clean and clearly has NOT been messed with. An above average luster makes the eye appeal terrific. You typically see dull washed out 1904's. This coin is a remarkable exception. PCGS 158, NGC 78.

$1 1880-O PCGS MS-64
  VERY HIGH END!
Sold on 06/2008
Its been a good 2+ years since we have found an 80O we have liked enough to own. Save for a few light lines on the obverse, this coin is a stone GEM! Overall, the surfaces are lightly semi-prooflike and are amazingly clean. A full booming luster also shows off the beautiful snow white color. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and fully struck. There is a slight cameo appearance to this piece. The reverse is really full MS65. Also, this piece is definitely not thumbed! And it has killer eye appeal. A ton have been graded in MS64-but the majority are not nice. Keep in mind, in true MS65, these are worth at least $20,000.00.

$1 1881-S PCGS MS-65 DMPL
  STUNNING!
Sold on 02/2008
Phenomenal appearance and quality! Full 8"++ mirrors are deep, have some light frost, and do offer incredible reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and are highlighted by the most amazing thick iridescent pure snow white frost you will see. the real eye catcher on this GEM-the reverse is about 1/4 covered by a deep magnificent crescent of rainbow toning. The dealer who we bought it from was actually trying for a 66. No go, but it is one beautiful 65+DMPL!
