50C 1916 PCGS MS65+
  SUPER HIGH END!
Sold on 09/2013
This is not the same coin we had two weeks ago. This coin is SUPER HIGH END like the other one!

Superb surfaces have NO major impairments. They satiny smooth. There are some frost breaks in the dreaded right field-but NO big hits. Both sides are a very frosty white. Miss Liberty and the details are also frosty and have excellent strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic!

PCGS 214, NGC 148, CAC 32. PCGS has only graded 3 in MS65+. A MS66 PCGS CAC would cost you at least $5,000.00 today-assuming it looking nice and white like this coin!

  TYPICAL FOR THE DATE!
Sold on 09/2013
This is a virtually perfect coin!

The mirrors are strong, super clean, and do good reflectivity. However this is a "tissue paper" toned piece. The toning is not dark and is the typical pale golden brown with some faint rainbow colors mixed in. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have light silvery frost. The eye appeal is very pleasing!

PCGS 289, NGC 440, CAC 118. PCGS has graded only 11 coins PR67+. The last one to sell in major auction brought $1,058.00 07/2013 Heritage. This coin actually sold for $2,233.00 10/2012 Heritage. Our price is far more realistic.

  A SOLID GEM!
Sold on 09/2013
Never owned one of these before. This is a VERY nice coin, so we thought we'd buy it. It is deserving of being in a top ranked collection.

A surprisingly strong luster booms in a cartwheel like fashion from both sides. The surfaces do appear clean. Only with a strong glass can you see a few light ticks and giggles. Some light and totally ORIGINAL toning that consists of golden brown/pale purple swirls all over. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is NICE!

PCGS 5, NGC 1, CAC 1. PCGS has graded NONE higher. The coin last sold in heritage 01/2012 for $48,875.00. We bought it right and will help you add it to your collection right!

  SUPER HIGH END!
Sold on 10/2013
One of the rare coins actually we bought solely to "crack out". PCGS really held the line and said NO! Not sure why it isn't at least a +. It is really that impressively HIGH END!

Marks are practically non existent. We used a powerful glass and looked all over. To the naked eye this coin super clean and smooth. There actually is a trace of semi-prooflike mirrors-that go along with the strong luster. Both sides have an even mix of ORIGINAL olive/purple/navy colors. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have remarkable full strikes. The eye appeal is pretty neat!

PCGS 3, NGC 3, CAC 3 (this coin is probably 2x from us). PCGS has graded only ONE coin higher (an MS65). We paid $8,812.00 for this coin out do the Stacks ANA Sale. Even though it did not go up a notch in grade, we still think it was a heck of a bargain at that price. After all, at best its a POP 3 w/possibly one 2 beaned? Thats RARE! Plus, the quality is all there and then some. This coin is a real prize for any MS Seated Half Collector!

  AN AMAZING MS64.9+!
Sold on 02/2014
This beautiful 19D was love at first glance! After owning an MS65 and selling the 66 we know what one of these should look like. This coin is SUPER HIGH END and really does border MS65! It WILL fit in to ANY GEM set.

Only a small line and a scattered tick/frost break or two (a tick and a giggle as we like to say) are what keeps this beauty from being a $200,000.00 MS65. The coin does appear clean to the naked eye. Unusual for a 19D, this coin has a full booming satiny luster. Even the dreaded right field looks fantastic. Both sides are a bold snowy white. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. You do NOT need a glass to see the skirt lines or the remarkably fullness of the thumb. The eye appeal is tremendous!

PCGS 71 NGC 83, CAC 8. PCGS has graded only 3 MS64+ (we were not fond of the other coin). The last one of these to sell in major auction brought $54,875.00 08/2013 Stacks. There are 10 MS65's by PCGS-but those cost $200,000.00. This coin is so close to MS65 too! Be glad we are offering this coin here and not in an auction!

  A STUNNING GEM!
Sold on 11/2013
We think GEM Civil War era coins like this represent great value. You just can't find REAL GEM halves anymore. This coin was worth the wait. The quality is VERY high end!

You do not have to hold the coin at arms length to see the flash from the semi-prooflike mirrors. An intense luster also shows them off and the gorgeous ORIGINAL colors of sea green/pale blue/gold/champagne that evenly are spread about both sides. There are only MINOR lines and a tick or two you can detect with a glass. Ditto a small grease mark under the arm. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is really fabulous!

PCGS 9, NGC 4, CAC 1. Do NOT be fooled by the pops, these are RARE in true GEM! The last one to sell in major auction prior to this coin brought $8,050.00 11/2012 Stacks. We last handled one of these 3 years ago. As time goes on, the rarity and value of this coin should only increase substantially. This coin is housed in an old green tag holder.

  MULTIPLE WOW FACTORS!
Sold on 09/2013
SERIOUS SUGGESTION: DO NOT WAIT FOR THE IMAGE!

This is a nearly blinding untoned MONSTER! Yes, is a very REAL + piece. The mirrors are semi "liquid" and are miles deep and are of total perfection. They have extreme clarity and reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted a silvery white. The strike is full. The eye appeal is sensational plus! When we first saw this coin we were TWO TABLES DOWN THE ISLE!

PCGS 290, NGC 445. CAC 118. Only 11 have been graded PR67+ by PCGS. We promise maybe only 1-2 others (at most) will have the fire and killer looks (untoned) like this coin has!

  A MS66.9+!
Sold on 10/2013
No hype, this coin is a real MS66.9+! We'd would not be surprised if this coin looked better then one or two of the MS67's!

Stunning ULTRA clean surfaces are smooth and satiny. Even the dreaded right field is amazingly clean (and we used a strong glass too). A full booming luster shows off gorgeous satiny white ORIGINAL color. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and have delicate frost. The eye appeal is super!

PCGS 141, NGC 34, CAC 19. PCGS has graded only 3 in MS66+. One sold in our July LM Sale (NOT HIS COIN-this is fresh to the market) for $5,750.00. Opportunity knocks hard and loud here for the serious and picky Walker Collector!

  BOLDLY MIRRORED!
Sold on 10/2013
This is a HIGH END piece. We do not know why PCGS did not give it a +.

Wonderful deep and glassy mirrors dominate both sides. They are clean, crystal clear, deep, and have really bold reflectivity. A pretty and totally ORIGINAL mix of moderate olive/rose/navy/pale gold all swirl evenly all over. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal is sweet! This is NOT a dark or drab coin.

ONLY 725 were ever minted. PCGS 11, NGC 10, CAC 5. NO PCGS/CAC piece has ever sold at auction. In 1/2013 a NON CAC PCGS PR65 sold for $4,995.00 Heritage. We can not stress enough how hard it is to find a coin like this!

  VERY HIGH END!
Sold on 10/2013
WOW! This coin is not only VERY HIGH NED, but it is breathtaking!

Superior mirrors are pretty much ULTRA deep, have amazing crystal clear clarity, are clean, and have stunning reflectivity. When you look at and twirl this coin the mirrors have that "watery" reflective look. A ring of totally ORIGINAL blue/deep magenta/gold frames the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is so strong your jaw will drop and lock and the drool with be free flowing!

ONLY 711 were ever minted. PCGS 6, NGC 4, CAC 4 (we think this coin is 2x). We obtained this coin from a collector-it is not one of the NGC coins that have been around. The last PCGS coin to sell in auction brought a crazy $6,900.00 04/2011 Heritage. You will NOT be disappointed with this stunning GEM!
