Quarters:Standing Liberty
Item - 10985
25C 1916 STANDING PCGS MS65FH OGH
  HIGH END!
Sold on 03/2015
This is clearly a really nice Standing Quarter that is seriously ABOVE average for the date and grade.

First, you can see the unbroken full booming luster from across the room. The surfaces are very clean overall. Both sides are white with splashes of light golden brown. Miss Liberty and the details are above average in strike for the date. This is a real Full Head! There are light frost breaks/scuffs on the right leg that are visible only with a glass. They maybe what keeps this coin from a MS66FH designation. The eye appeal is super!

PCGS 75, NGC 50, CAC 13. Prior to this coin selling, the last PCGS CAC piece sold in 2012 for $34,500.00-Heritage. Long time, big quality difference too. Can't say we have seen many PCGS CAC pieces ever offered. Opportunity knocks so loud here!

25C 1903 PCGS PR66
  SUPER HIGH END!
Sold on 07/2015
This coin has it all-fabulous color and quality!

Superior deep mirrors beam from all over. They are crystal clear, clean, and have bold reflectivity. They look like a freshly made sheet of glass. Both sides are evenly covered by a gorgeous iridescent mix of original deeper olive/forest green/blue/rose/pale violet colors. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is gorgeous!

Only 755 were ever minted. PCGS 22, NGC 33, CAC 9. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $2,536.00 07/2013 Heritage. These just seem way too cheap at today's prices!

25C 1913 PCGS PR66+ CAMEO
  OUTSTANDING!
Sold on 05/2015
This is not a dipped out or marginal Cameo piece. Its a very high end SUPERB GEM!

Super deep mirrors beam for all over. They are also crystal clear, super clean, and have bold reflectivity. You think your looking at a freshly formed sheet of ice. A subtle hint of totally original golden brown/pale olive colors frame the peripheries only. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted a silvery white and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!

ONLY 613 were ever minted. PCGS 9, NGC 4, CAC 3. Here is a notable fact: the last PR66CA to sell in auction brought a whopping $6,900.00 09/2011 Goldberg. Also, keep in mind, the next step up has not appeared in auction since 2008 and probably would cost $10,000.00 today. Opportunity knocks so loud on coins like this!

25C 1853 NO ARROWS PCGS MS67
  A MIND BOGGLING GEM!
Sold on 03/2015
This coin looks more like a commoner 1857 in high grade then any other 1853 we have ever seen! It has it all, great colors, super quality, and its 161 years old!

We studied this coin really hard for a long time. The surfaces are basically FLAWLESS and have a light satiny texture. A surprising full booming luster beams from all over and really makes the colors stand out. Both sides are evenly covered by a vibrant and totally original mix of golden brown/reddish gold/blue/pale green/pale violet colors. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 2, NGC 3, CAC 3. We're not sure there is another PCGS piece in MS67 as we made one into a 67+ (for a customer). Until this coin was auctioned-NO PCGS piece has ever been sold that way. One thing for sure, your not going to see many-if any PRE 1860 SUPERB GEM Seated Quarters ever offered! Opportunity knocks loud for anyone building a monster MS Seated Quarter set or a GEM Type set!

  KILLER CIRCULAR TONING!
Sold on 03/2015
A toning lovers dream coin!

Super deep mirrors beam from all over. They are crystal clear, super clean, and have bold reflectivity. These mirrors were not cleaned and then retoned. Both sides have vivid original circular toning of green/violet/blue/gold that open to light creamy white centers. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is jaw dropping and unforgettable!

Only 875 were minted. We have only seen 2-3 others where mother nature did some awesome color work like this. PCGS 34, NGC 47, CAC 2. Hard to believe we can't find any auction records for a PCSG CAC piece selling recently. Does not matter much, there are few to no comparables to this masterpiece!

This is a stunning colorful GEM!

Unquestionable ultra deep mirrors burst from all over. They are ultra clean, ultra clear, and have outrageous reflectivity. The mirrors resemble a freshly formed perfect sheet of ice. You'll want to twirl this coin all day! Both sides have a moderate mix of original purple/blue/pale champagne colors. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have dreamy thick frosting. The eye appeal is gorgeous!

ONLY 600 were ever minted. PCGS 4, NGC 1, CAC 2. The last one to sell in auction brought $5,750.00 01/2011 Heritage. That's four full years ago. How time flies! We think these represent excellent value-opportunity knocks loud here!

25C 1919 PCGS MS67FH
  SUPER CLEAN!

This is a fabulous example of exactly how an early Standing Quarter should be in SUPERB GEM!

At first glance there are ZERO impairments. Put a strong glass to the coin and there are still ZERO impairments. Its pretty amazing how clean and satiny the surfaces are. A full booming luster shows off the original white color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. You do not need a glass to the see all the rivets. The eye appeal is like the quality: exceptional!

25C 1885 PCGS PR68 CAMEO
  A BORDERLINE BLINDING ULTRA CAMEO!!!
Sold on 05/2015
Not only is this a triple WOW coin, it is totally mind boggling! We have not been able to put it down or get it out of our minds. We've handled many PR68 CA 25C-but few were this dazzling! If this has been a PR68 ULTRA CAMEO-we would not have flinched (we grade it a UCam-but that is no guarantee PCGS ever will).

We think this mega monster was carved from a freshly formed block ice. The mirrors are miles deep and seem endless. They are also crystal clear, ultra clean, and have intense and nearly blinding reflectivity. When you twirl this coin the mirrors melt into a "thick watery black flash (a term)". Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have thick awesome pure snowy white frost. This is not a dipped out or messed with coin. The eye appeal is unforgettable and unbelievable!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. Hard to believe PCGS has graded one coin a PR69 CA. This coin is up to the challenge! If you are ultra picky and are looking for a killer piece to add to your collection or for the Type-this is it! be glad we're offering this coin and it was not in the CSNS Sale-WOW what it would have sold for!

  A MONSTER!
Sold on 05/2015
Close your eyes and dream of the deepest, cleanest, and most stunning cameoed PR Barber Quarter you can imagine. Now open your eyes and check out the image of this MONSTER piece!

We agree the mirrors are ULTRA deep. They are also crystal clear, super clean, and have high voltage reflectivity. They glisten like the sun hitting a freshly formed sheet of ice at just the right second. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. They are covered by a full thick frosting. This coin has not been messed with in any way. The eye appeal is drop dead stunning!

PCGS 9, NGC 5, CAC 9. PCGS has graded only 2 in PR67+ DC and 4 in PR68 DC. No PR67+ DC has ever sold at auction. The last PCGS PR68DC brought $27,600.00 back in 2008! The current Collectors Universe Value is $11,500.00. Our asking price is more then fair!
