Ultra High End! Struck in copper. This coin actually did come out of an NGC PR66BN holder (tag included). Also, it is an R-7 (4-11 minted).
Everything about this GEM is awesome. Perfect surfaces have mirrors that are crystal clear and powerfully reflective. A glossy medium brown/gold/blue/violet color beams from both sides. SONNIER COLLECTION (not noted on the holder). The obverse has killer original burlap bag toning.
Looking dead on you can see the toning dots all lined up going almost sides by the face. killer colors of neon pearl green/purple/violet/royal blue/pale gold all swirl together vividly. We grade these colors MS67.1. There is some electric gold that frames on the reverse rims.
The quality is solid for the grade. Only using a strong glass can you see some tiny ticks scattered about. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and appear boldly. The eye appeal is typical Sonnier-awesome!
