Three Cent Silver
Item - 9013
3CS 1855 PCGS PR64
  ULTRA HIGH END!
Sold on 06/2013
Having built the top TWO all time FINEST EVER MS+PR 3CS sets, we are fully capable of grading these! It is our strong opinion that at the very least, this coin is a PR64.9+ (we did try it for a PR65-no luck-and we make NO promises). We think PCGS wanted a bit light toning (1855's come this way).

Using a strong glass all we can find is one small line-which may even be a die break. Overall, the mirrors are clean, clear, and have strong reflectivity. Both sides are evenly coated in a totally ORIGINAL moderate mix of navy/pale gold/purple colors. Every detail is needles sharp in strike and does stand out. The eye appeal is VERY pleasing!

It is believed LESS then 50 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 4, NGC 9, CAC 1. The last auction record we have for one of these selling was back in 10/2008 when a NON CAC PCGS piece brought $9,775.00. If you collect PR 3CS, we can't stress what a tremendous opportunity this coin offers.

$5 1800 PCGS MS64
  VERY CHOICE!
Sold on 06/2013
WOW what a neat coin! This piece is totally ORIGINAL and has great looks!

The surfaces are above average. There are some ultra light ticks and giggles (a few light lines). However overall this is a real solid MS64 piece. Some light die clashing is visible too. The luster is surprisingly intense. It shows off totally ORIGINAL shades of deep gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have extra sharp strikes. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 6, NGC 7, CAC 5. Prior to this coin recent sale, the last one of these to hit the market was waaaay back in 2005. That coin realized $57,500.00 Heritage. Even an NGC MS64 sold for $80,500.00 2011 Heritage. You can tell these are rare coins that the market understands. This is the first 1800 PCGS MS64 we have ever owned. We can tell you they are extremely scarce. This coin will thrill any early gold enthusiast!

$20 1925 PCGS MS66
  A PLEASING ORIGINAL GEM!
Sold on 06/2013
Here's something to think about: we went for 8 months an d did not buy a single 1925 PCGS MS66 CAC. In three weeks we got lucky and bought two! Considering we are major market makers in these, you'd figure we'd have bought and sold more-NOT! 1925 and 1926 just don't come around too often!

A strong luster shows off above average surfaces that display a few teenie and hidden ticks. No question the brilliant gold color is totally ORIGINAL. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have great strikes. The eye appeal is VERY nice!

PCGS 1071, NGC 571, CAC 81. The last record of a PCGS/CAC piece selling in auction was from 08/2011 Heritage. That coin brought $3,737.50. Today, these wholesale for slightly more!

Have a very pleasing and honest MS64 here. It definitely has NOT been messed with. The surfaces are very clean overall. A decent luster shows off rich ORIGINAL orange colors. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is very nice!

PCGS 648, NGC 820, CAC 44. The last one to sell in auction brought $2,300.00 back in 08/2011 Heritage. CAC'd pieces really are not so easy to find! Buy now, its certainly NOT the top of the market!

$10 1908 NO MOTTO PCGS MS66
  BEAUTIFUL!
Sold on 06/2013
Finding these earlier $10 Indians in SUPERB GEM is nearly impossible. Quality and eye appeal wise, this coin is all there and then some!

Superb satiny surfaces look smooth and clean to the naked eye. With a strong glass you can see a few invisible lines and micro ticks (NOTHING distracting though). The luster is strong and brings out the beauty of the ORIGINAL light two tone orange/yellow gold colors. There are no spots. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 7, NGC 14, CAC 4. NO PCGS/CAC piece has ever sold at auction. We can confirm the other 3 PCGS/CAC coins are locked up in major collections. Having built the #1 all time set (the Simpson Collection) we can tell you this is a tremendous opportunity for any $10 Indian specialist or better date gold buyer!

The mirrors are deep, clean, clear, and have strong reflectivity. There are no problems or haze anywhere. The color is brilliant silvery white. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is beautiful!

PCGS 264, NGC 334, CAC 63. A similar one just sold in the Long Beach auction 6/2013 for $4,993.75. You can see these are clearly rebounding from when the small hoard of PR Walkers came out. We told you so!

VERY HIGH END! What screamer too!

Superior deep, crystal clear, clean, and highly reflective mirrors beam from all over. A stunning and neon like mix of ORIGINAL golden brown/violet/pale olive colors swirl on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have pinpoint sharp strikes. The eye appeal is stunning!

ONLY 551 were minted. PCGS 12, NGC 30, CAC 11. This is the ONLY PCGS PR66+ graded. A regular PR66 just sold in our last auction for $1,840.00 while a PCGS NON CAC PR67 sold for $3,738.00 10/09 Heritage (definitely scarce). Opportunity knocks loud here!

$10 1908S PCGS MS66+
  MAGNIFICENT!
Sold on 06/2013
This is a pure WOW piece! Everything about it is true in terms of its exceptional quality. It really is a a borderline MS67!

Immaculate surfaces are satiny and smooth. To the naked eye they are super clean. Only with a strong glass can you find a small line or two-nothing bigger. A full booming luster shows off totally ORIGINAL deep yellow gold color. There are ZERO spots of any size, any where. Plus, this is not a coin that was upgraded-this is the real deal! The eye appeal is tremendous!

PCGS 11, NGC 5, CAC 4. This is the ONLY MS66+ graded by PCGS. It has NEVER been in auction. The last regular MS66 sold in auction way back in 2004-NINE years ago!!!! The last MS67 was sold in auction back in 2007-only six years ago (today an MS67 PCGS/CAC would be $75,000.00 easy)!!! You think these are VERY rare????

If you are building high end Gold Type set or are building an incredible GEM $10 Indian set, this coin you should consider for inclusion. After having built the #1 all time FINEST EVER $10 Indian Set, we know these do not appear with any frequency over the YEARS!

10C 1905 PCGS PR66 CAMEO
  A DEEPLY MIRRORED GEM!
Sold on 06/2013
Yes, this is a FULL black and white GEM PROOF. Dates like this do not typically come fully cameoed.

Deep and "liquid" looking mirrors Ere joy to twirl. The mirrors have great clarity, cleanliness (we only see one small lint mark behind the head), and of course killer reflectivity. Both sides are untoned. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted a silvery white and stand out with bold strikes. The eye appeal of this coin is magnificent!

ONLY 727 were minted. PCGS 13, NGC 6, CAC 16 (obviously someone was out to make PR67 CAC). The last one to sell in auction brought $2,820.00 04/2013 Heritage. You can get much better deals NOT buying from auctions usually-this coin is proof! We also Do recommend building sets PR64-66. A lot of value there.

A full booming luster shows off a few small frost breaks-and NO problems. The surfaces are smooth and have delicate frost. Superb light totally ORIGINAL golden brown toning can be detected. All of the details are well struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is great-really!

PCGS 401, NGC 376, CAC 68. We can't stress enough how super of a value these appear to be. The last one to sell in a major auction brought $1,520.00 04/2013 Heritage.
