$10 1876S PCGS AU50
  A GEM AU!
Sold on 05/2014
There is a reason why you do not see many 76S in AU or above-they do NOT come nice! This coin clearly IS nice and is high end!

Surprisingly both sides are way above average in cleanliness. There are some teenie scattered ticks-but they are NOT numerous or are big. A very good amount of luster is clearly visible as well as light traces of semi-prooflike mirrors around the devices. The color is an ORIGINAL deeper yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. There is NO discoloration or wear spots visible. The eye appeal is great!

ONLY 5000 were minted. PCGS 10, NGC 8, CAC 1. This is the ONLY AU CAC beaned (none higher). This date is so rare there are ONLY possibly 5 coins graded higher to date by PCGS. We do NOT think the pop of 10 is correct for AU 50. Our guess is more like 5-6 (if even). The last AU 50 PCGS (NO CAC ) 76S to sell in auction was back in 08/2011 Stacks. Earlier this year a PCGS AU53 (NON CAC) sold for $12,925.00 03/2014 Heritage. We can go on and on about how rare this date is in AU.

  WOW!
Sold on 05/2014
This is a VERY HIGH END coin that we think should have +. PCGS did not and they win. You should see this coin in person-WOW!

What an intensity this coin has. Intense semi-prooflike mirrors are loaded with and intense luster. There are very few even microscopic ticks or lines to be found. Both sides are a killer blazing white color. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is jaw dropping and then some!

PCGS 177, NGC 273, CAC 81. in the past year, these have sold at auction for between 5,875.00 and $6,604.00. If this coin were to appear in auction, it might bring $7,000.00+. Its a MUST see for sure!

25C 1862 PCGS PR64 CAMEO
  BOLDLY MIRRORED!
Sold on 05/2014
What a 'stud muffin" coin! The quality is HIGH END!

Deep, crystal clear, super clean, and highly reflective mirrors beam from all over. Only if you use a really strong glass and look hard can you find a scattered line or two. A gorgeous ring of pale blue frames the obverse rims only. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have crisp full strikes. The eye appeal is bold!

ONLY 550 were ever minted. PCGS 6, NGC 6, CAC 3. The last one to sell in a major auction was a PCGS NON CAC piece. It brought $3,881.00 09/2010 Heritage. Thats a powerful statement as to how rare these are!

  A CRISP CHOICE PIECE!
Sold on 05/2014
We still feel strongly that coins like this at or below $1,000.00 represent tremendous value.

This piece has deep mirrors, strong clarity, and bold reflectivity. There are a few light and scattered lines visible with a strong glass. Both sides are bathed with ORIGINAL colors of soft navy/gold/pale forest green. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is very nice!

ONLY 550 were ever minted. This coin last sold 8/2011 Stacks for $863.00. Its been off the market since then.

1C 1837 PCGS MS66RB MED LETTERS JOSHUA AND ALLY
  A MONSTER!!!
Sold on 05/2014
This coin actually was NOT a Naftzger piece. Hard to imagine as coins of such superior quality simply do NOT exist outside of his incredible collection! We unhesitatingly state: THIS IS ONE OF THE FINEST 1837 MS LARGE CENTS YOU WILL EVER SEE! And its SUPER HIGH END too!

Unbelievable surfaces are more then pristine (if there is such a term)! We searched for along time and only feel more deeply in love with this incredible piece. A BOOMING luster shows off not only a great satin texture, but remarkable shades of totally ORIGINAL GEM Mint red and light brown. There are NO spots or toning stains to detract. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have remarkable strikes. The eye appeal is OMG jaw dropping!

PCGS 3, NGC 1, CAC 2. This coin last sold back in 07/2008 for $9,775.00 Heritage. We could not careless if there were 100 of these graded MS66RB-NONE (and we mean NONE) will be iof the MONSTER (yes we do consider this GEM a MONSTER) quality or eye appeal like this coin has. We also think that this coin being priced at $10,000.00 is a steal. If you collect Large Cents, this is a coin you WILL cherish forever and never put down!

  SIMPLY AMAZING!
Sold on 05/2014
It is mind boggling to us how this 216 year old copper coin has survived in such pristine condition. It is a coin we can not stop looking at, or thinking about-and we have seen many other incredible Large Cents and classic rarities in our careers!

Immaculate surfaces really are that perfect. There is NO pitting, oily spots, or topical problems. PCGS over compensates on toughness when grading these Early Large Cents. There is a good glossy original luster. Both sides are a moderate ORIGINAL GEM chocolate brown color. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is PHENOMENAL!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS has graded an MS64+ and MS 65 higher. This is the Ralls coin. It sold for $36,425.00 01/2014 Goldberg. We missed the sale and bought it afterwords. We strongly believe this coin should be worth $50-$60,000.00 easy. The fact that only 3 coins exist in MS64-65 really says a lot. This is a major opportunity for any Large Cent Collector!

$1 1875 TD PCGS PR64 CAMEO
  A REAL WOWZER!
Sold on 05/2014
This coin is awesome and then some!

Deep-and nearly ULTRA deep mirrors explode from all over. They have remarkable clarity and reflectivity. Only with a strong glass can you find a light and scattered line or two. To the naked eye all you will see are deep "watery/liquid mercury" like mirrors that you will want to twirl all day. The cameo contrast is stunning. There is NO toning on this coin. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have thick frost. The eye appeal is just jaw dropping!

ONLY 700 were ever minted. PCGS 19, NGC 25, CAC 9. The last auction record we have for one of these selling is from 02/2013 Heritage. That coin sold for $4,113.00. We highly doubt that coin or few others look like this piece! Next step up would cost at least $15,000.00-if you can even find one (and it too probably will not look like this coin).

3CN 1878 PCGS PR67+ CAMEO
  FABULOUS!
Sold on 05/2014
Hard to imagine there is actually one coin grade finer at PCGS. This coin borders on sheer perfection!

Sleek, strong, clean, clear, and flashy mirrors beam from all over. Earlier 3CN Proofs are famous for NOT being deeply mirrored. There is a slight hint of gold-otherwise both sides are untoned. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and does have thick creamy white frost. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 21, NGC 30, CAC 21. PCGS has graded only 2 in PR67+ CA. Neither has appeared in auction. The current Collectors Universe Value is $5,250.00.

1C-$1 1876 PCGS PR65-66+ CAMEO ALL CAC
AN AMAZING MATCHED ORIGINAL GEM PROOF SET!
Sold on 05/2014
We will call this a "miracle set". How it even exists is a miracle! As you know, we consider any GEM MATCHED ORIGINAL PR SET one of the last frontiers in numismatics. The overall quality of this set is amazing!

1C PCGS PR65BN #29724366. Looks 10x better then just a PR65 to us!

3CN PCGS PR66. A natural light mist covers both sides. The surfaces are remarkably clean.

5C PCGS PR65. We could only find one teenie fleck and one thin line. Very clean and original.

10C PCGS PR66+ CAC GOLD! This coin came out of an NGC PR67 holder. The coin is perfect and has strong mirrors.

20C PCGS PR66 CAMEO #29724370. Deep and glittering mirrors show off beautiful identical colors that match all the other coins. ZERO imperfections here!

25C PCGS PR66+ CAMEO GOLD CAC! This too came out of a PCGS PR67 holder. Super deep and clear mirrors have zero imperfections. Of course the colors are identical to all the other coins.

50C PCGS PR66 CAMEO. "Ice" like mirrors are crystal clear, have amazing cleanliness, and are incredibly reflective. The toning will make your jaw drop!

$1 PCGS PR65 CAMEO #29724373. Ultra high end! only one small tick from being PR66 CAMEO. Deep and glass like mirrors. The toning perfectly matches the rest of the coins! WOW!

The individual Collectors Universe values add up to be $63,650.00. Even to put together a set like this would be darn near impossible these days. We are pleased to offer a stunning matched ORIGINAL GEM set to collectors. Its tragic to us that Modern mass produced coins sell for more then this impossible to find set! Time will change that.

A SUPER HIGH END CHRISTMAS TREE!
Sold on 05/2014
This coin sent our hearts racing the second we saw it. The quality is SUPER HIGH END and the eye appeal is jaw dropping!

Sensational full matte surfaces offer NO imperfections of ANY size, ANY where. The texture is clear and is illuminated by a strong luster. The color scheme is outrageous. Start with totally ORIGINAL chocolate brown and add Christmas tree like colors of electric green/gold/violet that you can see with out tilting the coin. Lincoln and all the details are needle sharp in strike. As we said before, the eye appeal is jaw dropping!

PCGS 41, NGC 28, CAC 5. The last one that sold in auction was a non CAC which brought $1,880.00 03/2014 Heritage. Do not really care what others brought-this coin is a killer piece with tons of of color! If you are building a Type set or a colored Matte set, this is a coin you must see.
