1C 1848 PCGS PR64+BN
  A GORGEOUS RARITY!
Sold on 08/2011
We can not stress enough how extremely rare this piece is. And to find it in such a choice condition-we seriously doubt you'll see another one of this date appear on the market for a very long time!

This coin looks like someone took a fresh bar of chocolate and sculpted it into a PR Large 1C! The mirrors are typical-light, but they do NOT have any visible imperfections. The obverse completely brown while the reverse has generous portions of Mint Red visible around the devices. There is no question this coin is totally ORIGINAL. Miss Liberty and the details are almost 3-D in strike! The eye appeal is fantastic!

LESS then 10 coins were ever minted (that's rarer than a 94S 10C)! PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. This coin last sold for $10,350.00 in 1/2011 Heritage. We are pleased to present this coin for your consideration for small mark up from that sale price.

$20 1908D MOTTO PCGS MS65+
  LOTS OF LUSTER!
Sold on 08/2011
Above average overall!

Both sides do have a teenie tick or line or two-but nothing serious or big to endanger the lofty + designation. The surfaces are smooth and emit a strong luster. There are NO stains or spots. Some light toning can be seen on the high points. The color is a faded yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have excellent strikes. The eye appeal is very pleasing.

PCSG 317/2, NGC 78/0, CAC 16.

$20 1908D MOTTO PCGS MS65
  AMAZINGLY CLEAN!
Sold on 08/2011
We must have seen hundreds of these with that crusty dirty look that just were ugly. This coin is a fresh and sparkly as a 1924! No question this coin is sharply superior to most other 08D's! Why it is not a +, we do not know. It certainly is VERY high end.

Gorgeous (and we mean gorgeous) surfaces are crisp and are unbelievably clean. A full luster also shows off beautiful gold colors. There are NO spots or discolorations. Also, this coin has NEVER been messed with. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have excellent strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous!

PCGS 317, NGC 78, CAC 16. The CDN Wholesale BID/ASK is $6,000/$6,500.00. We could not find any auction records for any CAC coins. Take our word on it, you will NOT see many 08D's like this ever!

50C 1917D OBV PCGS MS65+
  A BORDERLINE MS66!
Sold on 08/2011
Only some light chatter hidden in the dreaded right obverse field keeps this coin from being a full MS66. It does have the look!

Smooth and overall clean surfaces are loaded with luster. A mix of pale gold and moderate campaign colors evenly covers both sides. The coin is NOT dull or drab. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 70, NGC 45, CAC 4. Keep in mind, the next step up (MS66) will cost you at least $15,000.00.

J- 914 1870 25C PCGS PR65RB DENALI
  FRESH AND ORIGINAL!
Sold on 08/2011
This is an R7 (4-12 minted). It is a Standard Silver pattern struck in copper. The radiance is powerful!

Time has mellowed the unquestionably ORIGINAL Mint Red color that is on both sides of the coin. Shades of brown/pale blue/gold can be seen as well. The reverse is slightly darker in color. The mirrors are surprisingly strong. They have great clarity, cleanliness, and reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. the eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. The ONLY auction record for ANY J-914 is an NGC PR65 selling in 1994 for $25,30.00. The current Judd book values a PR65 at $3,800.00. Even they have no record of any GEMs's selling.

The great rarity of this date can not be overstated! If anything, this date is UNDER valued!

1C 1914D PCGS MS65RB
  AN ABSOLUTE STONE ORIGINAL GEM!
Sold on 08/2011
The ONLY flaws on this coin-are imagined! This is a 100% ORIGINAL HIGH END GEM every day!

Both sides are super clean and have only the teeniest ticks or flecks if you use a strong glass (note: an image can magnify them to look bigger than they are). Totally ORIGINAL mellow Mint Red color mixes with pale brown on the obverse giving it a 40% red look. The reverse has more brown. You can tell this coin has sat somewhere totally undisturbed. Lincoln and all of the details are sharply struck and appear boldly. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 40, NGC 41, CAC 7. A CAC coin sold for $11,500.00 01/2011 Heritage this year. In 2009 a NON CAC sold for $13,800.00 01/2009. Its all about the quality of the coin! And yes indeed-this coin is total QUALITY!

  VERY CHOICE!
Sold on 08/2011
Very Choice quality!

Only a few minor and need a glass to see scuffs and ticks are scattered about. Again, the coin looks clean overall. A decent luster also shows off NO discolorations or spots. The color is an ORIGINAL deeper gold. All of the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is very nice!

PCGS 252, NGC 191, CAC 18. The last one to sell in major auction brought $3,738.00 06/2011.

NOW THIS IS A COOL CC!
Sold on 08/2011
This GEM is indeed VERY High End and well worthy of its + designation!

Looks more like an 80S than a 90CC! Shimmering surfaces have a few scattered and very teenie ticks/frost breaks-there are NO major marks or distractions. An intense luster shows off original untoned surfaces. This is kinda neat, there is a teenie die break that runs from the nose to the lips on the obverse. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have thick frost. The eye appeal is super!

PCGS 262/7, NGC 69/0, CAC 17 (all). The next step up will cost you at least $22,000.00 if you can find one!

10C 1895 PCGS PR67
  BOLDLY MIRRORED!
Sold on 08/2011
Neat! Deep mirrored mixed with gorgeous colors always make for a stunning GEM!

Both sides are highlighted by crystal clear, super deep, clean, and highly reflective mirrors. An interesting blend of blue/deeper violet colors swirl across parts of both sides. No question this coin is totally original. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is super!

Only 880 were ever minted. PCGS 15, NGC 27, CAC 5. The last one of these sold in major auction (NON CAC) brought $3,738.00 05/2010 Stacks. A 10C 1894 PCGS PR67 CAC just SOLD for $4,370.00 in the recent Heritage auction. We think these are still cheap. Its highly unlikely you'll see many more graded PR67 or finer at this point. Opportunity knocks loud here!
