$1 1880 TRADE PCGS PR66 CAMEO
  ONE POWERFULLY REFLECTIVE COIN!
Sold on 07/2011
This coin is all about the mirrors. It is really a flashy and high end GEM too!

Every so often you can find a non dipped or messed with piece. This certainly is that. Both sides have endless mirrors that are clean overall (there are marks on the holder), have perfect clarity, and are powerfully reflective. A beautiful mix of purple/blue frames parts of the rims only and opens into white centers. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have extra thick white frost. The eye appeal is so powerful its hard to put this coin down!

PCGS 7, NGC 34, CAC 3. A PCGS coin has not been in auction since at least 2005. Last year, our Simpson NGC PR66 NON CAC coin brought $18,400.00 at Heritage. We know this coin represents quality and is a great value as well!

G $1 1858 PCGS PR65 CAMEO
  A SENSATIONAL JEWEL!
Sold on 07/2011
153 years old and looks as good as the day it was minted! Now this is a classic numismatic rarity at its finest!

Strong and clean mirrors have NO major problems. They are highly reflective. Only under a strong glass can you find a hidden teenie lint mark (mint made) and a small grease dot on the reverse. The color is a natural deeper gold. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have generous thick frost. The eye appeal is sensational!

ONLY 40 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 1, NGC 2, CAC 1. This coin last appeared at auction in 08/2010 Heritage where it brought $37,375.00. We think that price was way too cheap. Even if you offered $50,000.00 your not going to find another!

$5 1909S PCGS MS65
  SUPERB IN EVERY RESPECT!
Sold on 07/2011
After carefully examining this coin, we knew we had to own it. 1909S is a VERY rare date in GEM. So it was just a matter of price. We ended up owning it for LESS than we were willing to pay! This is a tremendous GEM that belongs in a great collection.

Both sides ooze with complete originality. This coin was never dipped or recolored. The surfaces are amazingly clean and have a slight satiny look. A full booming luster shows off light two tone yellow/orange gold colors. There are NO discolorations. ALL of the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic plus!

PCGS 1, NGC 1, CAC 1. This coin last appeared in a major auction back in 08/2001 where it sold for $32,200.00. It is stil housed in its older green tag holder. Even the lone NGC coin last sold in Superior in 1990 for $35,200.00! There are 2 PCGS MS66's, one of which just sold for $103,500.00 at the FUN Auction. We do have one in the Simpson Collection.

We cannot overstate the extreme rarity of this date in GEM and better. If you are building a choice or GEM Indian set, this represents huge opportunity (or if you just buy rare gold). We are pleased to own and offer this coin for your consideration.

$20 1912 PCGS MS65
  A PHENOMENAL GEM!
Sold on 07/2011
There is nothing we can say that would OVER dramatize how HIGH END and spectacular this coin is. You will NOT find many 1912 $20 as fresh and great as this!

To start, the surfaces are above average in terms of cleanliness. They are are not perfect, only a few thin lines and frost breaks can be found-with a glass. There is a small hit on the eagles breast (we mention it for accuracy purposes). A glowing full luster shows off gorgeous two tone yellow gold/gold colors. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have excellent strikes. The eye appeal is PHENOMENAL!

PCGS 30, NGC 17, CAC 7. PCGS has graded only 4 coins higher-2 of which we have placed. There is a sightUNSEEN WHOLESALE BID of $26,000.00 for a CAC coin. This coin is also housed in an older green tag holder. If you like colorful better Saints, here is a great GEM for you!

  NICE!
Sold on 07/2011
A coin well deserving of its + designation!

Only light (and we mean light) frost breaks are all that keep this coin from an MS65 designation. Overall, the coin does look clean. The surfaces have a light satiny texture and are clearly the ORIGINAL "skin" you want to see. There are NO spots or stains. The color is an even ORIGINAL rich gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 409/12, NGC 314/2, CAC 28. CAC has stickered NONE higher. The next step up would still costs you at least $15,000.00 if you can even find one!

THIS COIN IS POSTED AT OUR BEST PRICE!

  LUSTEROUS AND ORIGINAL!
Sold on 07/2011
This is NOT a "dirty" $10 Liberty (it is NOT dipped either). It is an extra nice piece that is totally ORIGINAL.

Both sides exhibit that light "halo" circle of color that rings the rims. The surfaces of the piece has a few very trivial ticks and a teenie mark or two-NOTHING large or serious. A full booming luster shows off gorgeous ORIGINAL orange gold colors. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have extra sharp strikes. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 78, NGC 54, CAC 4. Not an easy coin to find nice.

  COMPLETELY ORIGINAL!
Sold on 07/2011
Only a few trivial scattered hidden lines keep this coin from being a $35,000.00 GEM!

Looking dead on with the naked eye you will not see any problems. Even with a strong glass a line or two is all you can find. The surfaces clearly have ORIGINAL skin and are unmolested. There are NO spots or discolorations. The color is a rich even gold. All of the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is excellent!

PCGS 269, NGC 355, CAC 17. In MS64+ PCGS has graded 5. A equal quality piece (a PCGS MS64+) just sold in the Heritage Summer FUN sale for $13,800.00. If you missed that one, here is a better deal!

  ORIGINAL NEON BLUE!
Sold on 07/2011
Electric colors dominate both sides. The great quality and rarity of this coin is undisputed!

Outstanding ultra deep, crystal clear, super clean, and incredibly flashy mirrors cover the surfaces. There are more lines on the holder than the coin (we do NOT see ANY problems anywhere on the coin). The obverse is an ORIGINAL electric deep aqua blue while the reverse has a circle of the same blue opening into pale tangerine/violet centers. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is mind boggling for any color lover!

Only 600 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 16, NGC 21, CAC 4. A NON CAC coin sold in auction for $3,738.00 06/2011 Stacks.

  HIGH END!
Sold on 07/2011
We definitely have seen worse in MS65 holders! This is a nice and high end coin!

Slightly two tone colors of orange/deep yellow gold beam from both sides. A strong luster shows off the color and the fact there are NO spots and the surfaces are above average in cleanliness. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 235, NGC 368, CAC 23. The last auction record for a NON CAC is $2,819.00 03/2011 Heritage. This coin is much nicer and is CAC'd!

  OUTRAGEOUS!
Sold on 07/2011
This coin has so much going for it. First, it is totally ORIGINAL. Second, it has really neat clashing marks. Third, its a truly rare GEM-from 1867!

This coin is slightly cameoed. Lightly prooflike mirrors do exhibit light die polishing lines. Both sides do have strong luster. There are no real marks. The planchet this coin was struck on does have some minor pitting. There are NO spots or stains. The color is a beautiful ORIGINAL orange gold. Miss Liberty and the details look sculpted in strike. They are also heavily frosted. The eye appeal is great!

PCGS 3, NGC 3, CAC 1 (the ONLY other 1867 to be beaned is an MS67). PCGS has graded 4 coins higher (one of which is in the FINEST set ever we are building). An 1867 in MS65 has not been auctioned since 2005 (6 years ago)! Back then one sold for $5,463.00 07/2005 Heritage. The last MS66 sold in 2009 for $12,650.00. This coin is housed in an older green tag holder. Opportunity can not knock any louder here!
