5C 1880 PCGS PR67 CAMEO
  GLASSY MIRRORS!
Sold on 09/2012
Superb in every respect!

Deep, clear, clean, and highly reflective mirrors cover all of the surfaces. Even using a strong glass all you can see are a few light toning spots. The mirrros do look like a fresh sheet of glass. A light hint of gold covers both sides. All of the details are sharply struck and do have frost. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 14, NGC 22, CAC 3. These are NOT nearly as "common" as you might think. NO PCGS/CAC piece has ever sold in major auction. A NON CAC PCGS piece did sell for $2,070.00 in 08/2010. Does opportunity ever knock loud here!

  PHENOMENAL EYE APPEAL!
Sold on 09/2012
Lookie what we bought! A gorgeous SUPERB GEM PCGS/CAC Morgan. Have we ever had probolems finding these.

An inetense ball of luster beams from all over. Once you put your sunglasses on you'll see there is nothing more than a scattered few teenie ticks. The surfaces are sleek and are lightly semi-prooflike. A phenomenal thin band of royal blue/gold/auburn frames the rims only. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The cheek is totally unmessed with. We can't say enough about the eye appeal.

1550, NGC 4174, CAC 333 (where are they?). We did pay slightly more than our sightUNSEEN WHOLESALE BID of $750.00.

$20 1908D MOTTO PCGS MS64+
  SUPER NICE!
Sold on 09/2012
We can only find One small cut. Otherwise, this coin is SUPER CLEAN and smooth. A strong luster also shows off really pretty ORIGINAL orange/yellow gold colored surfaces. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have above average strikes. The eye appeal is excellent!

PCGS 928, NGC 585, CAC 38. PCGS has now graded 26 MS64+. in PCGS/CAC MS65, these are $5,000.00 coins-if you can even find one! The last PCGS/CAC piece to sell in major auction brought $2,875.00 12/10 Heritage.

$2.5 1908 PCGS MS66
  SENSATIONAL!
Sold on 09/2012
The PCGS pops may make this seem commoner, but take our word on this-a coin of this quality is NOT common! In fact, we'd challenge it against most other MS66's you'll see!

Totally SUPERB! It is highly unusual to find a MS65 Indian as clean as this coin. Even with a glass all we can find is a faint frost break on the reverse. Both sides glow with a strong luster. the color is a beautiful deeper ORIGINAL gold. There are NO spots or stains, this coin is totally unmolested. All of the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is so fabulous you can stare all day at this coin!

PCGS 92, NGC 60, CAC 15. The last PCGS/CAC piece to sell at auction brought $11,500.00 1/2012. Even NON CAC's bring slightly over $10,000.00. This coin is worth the money because it is all there and then some!

$1 1882 O/S STRONG PCGS MS64+
  REALLY A MS64+!
Sold on 09/2012
First, know this coin typically comes shallow, weakly struck, and NOT looking like an 1882S!

This piece definitely is exceptional. A megawatt luster beams from all over. The surfaces overall are clean and exhibit just a few lines and teenie ticks. Both sides are a soft white color. Miss Liberty and the details are above average in strike. You can clearly see the O/S with out a glass. The eye appeal is very pleasing!

PCGS 14, NGC 0. The last one of these to sell in major auction brought $5,750.00 in 12/11 Heritage. Keep in mind PCGS has graded ONLY 2 coins in MS65. One is beautiful and is a non CAC which sold for nearly $44,000.00 in 2009. We checked our records, and surprising to us, we have not handled or owned ANY O/S in MS64 since early 2011-and prior to that 2000! These are NOT as common as you might think.

A BOLD BLACK AND WHITE FLASHER!
Sold on 09/2012
You don't have to imagine the mirrors on this GEM. They are at least 8"++!

Both sides have superior ultra deep, crystal clear, clean (sure there are a few teenie ticks), and wildly reflective mirrors. Miss Liberty and the details boldly stand out with sharp strikes and thick creamy white frost. The eye appeal has a major WOW factor!

PCGS 714, NGC 275, CAC 53. The last one of these to sell in a major auction brought $1,552.00 04/12 Spectrum.

$1 1878CC PCGS MS66
  FROSTY WHITE!
Sold on 09/2012
You'd think these would be more available-NOT! The last one we handled was in the beginning of 2011. 78CC is yet another date that has been hurt by gradeflation. This coin is real solid frosty white MS66!

As expected on a SUPERB GEM Morgan, the luster is an intense cartwheel effect. The surfaces have a few light frost breaks-but NO marks of any significance. Traces of semi-prooflike mirrors can be detected. There is a small patch of Mint grease on the reverse. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is superb!

PCGS 197, NGC 219, CAC 21. The last one to sell in major auction brought $5,750.00 1/12 Heritage. On 06/2012 a non CAC PCGS coin brought $8,050 Heritage. Opportunity knocks loud for any serious CC Collector!

50C 1795 PCGS AU50
  NICE!
Sold on 09/2012
Having built an AU58 set complete with ALL the early dates, we know what dates are hard to find in any grade of AU. Hard to believe, but ANY AU50 1795 is rare. They never come very nice either. So when we saw this coin and how nice it was-we knew we had to own it!

The coin is struck on a decent planchet. There are NO major marks or problems anywhere. All you can find with a strong glass is scattered tiny line or two. A faint hint of luster remains. Both sides have a layer of deep ORIGINAL pewter/golden brown/gray colors. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. There is NO discoloration on the high points. The eye appeal is very nice!

PCGS 21, NGC 10, CAC 3. Do NOT be fooled by the pops, 1795 50C in PCGS AU 50 and higher do NOT appear with any frequency. The last one to sell in major auction brought $19,550.00 4/12 Heritage. Prior to that one brought $23,000.00 in 2008. We are pleased to own and offer this magnificent 1795 50C!

  SUPER FLASHY MIRRORS!
Sold on 09/2012
Yet another near miss Cameo. PCGS has definitely tightened up on that designation!

Shimmering mirrors are boldly reflective. They are also crystal clear and clean. Some reddish gold/navy/auburn colors frame parts of the outer rims only. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have completely full strikes. The eye appeal is beautiful we have had problems putting this coin down! Its one of these you can twirl in your hands forever!

Only 727 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 28, NGC 36, CAC 6. This is not an easy date or grade to locate.

5C 1886 PCGS MS65
  SEMI-PROOFLIKE!
Sold on 09/2012
This is the first truly semi-prooflike 1886 MS piece we have handled. Its pretty neat!

You can see numerous die polishing lines under a strong glass. It is definitely a Mint State coin. Overall, the surfaces are VERY clean. An intense luster shows off the light mirrors and even nickel color. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and are well struck. The eye appeal is pretty cool!

PCGS 33, NGC 26, CAC 4. NO PCGS/CAC pieces have sold in auctions. A NON CAC piece sold for $6,038.00 04/12 Heritage. If your building a set of these in MS, you know what a "stopper" this date is in MS65 and higher.
