  A BEAUTIFUL GEM!
Sold on 05/2012
This is NOT a just made it coin. This is a high end MS65 every time piece! Even the most critical collector will like it.

Superb surfaces are smooth and radiate with a strong luster. Only with a strong glass can you find a scattered faint line or tick. A wonderful ORIGINAL mix of orange/pale yellow gold covers all the surfaces. There are NO spots or discolorations. Every details is frosty and have a sharp strike. The eye appeal is beautiful!

PCGS 10, NGC 10, CAC 5. PCGS has possibly graded 4 coins higher. Do not let the pops fool you, these are very hard to locate. The last one that sold in a major auction brought $34,500.00 1/12 Heritage. This is a totally fresh coin to the market.

1C 1903 PCGS MS66+RD
  GODZILLA II
Sold on 05/2012
Hard to imagine, but his is our FAVORITE NEWP! We have handled some spectacular MS Indians. We can unhesitatingly say this coin ranks as one of the very best and is in the top 2% for the grade! Yes, there are MS67's not as nice (but do not take that as this coin will ever MS67).

Everything is so right about this coin. The surfaces are pristine-even if you have a microscope! They have a super satiny texture and are booming with luster. The color is a rich totally ORIGINAL thick MINT RED. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and fully struck. Your eye balls will pop out when they see this jewel!

PCGS 62, NGC 55, CAC 13 (none higher). This is the ONLY MS66+ graded. Keep in mind, a real MS67RD (PCGS pop 5) would easily cost well in excess of $10,000.00.

We really LOVE this coin and can't put it down. Its history is from a fresh small collection and it has not been in auction. We equate finding this coin was like finding a diamond in a mountain of rocks. If you seek a really special MS RD Indian, then this is your coin!

The collector who originally ordered it thought it was a proof-he bad.

  FULLY PROOLIKE AND CAMEOED!
Sold on 05/2012
This is an amazing GEM! It is a lock MS65 every time.

Unbelievable surfaces have a full booming-make that almost blinding luster. They are also fully prooflike with real clear and flashy mirrors. On the left obverse, there is a minor planchet issue (a chip), otherwise only a few stray line are scattered about. Miss Liberty and the details are amazingly FULLY struck and have thick creamy white frosting. You do get a full black and white cameo appearance. In fact, your eyes will pop out when they see this incredible GEM!

PCGS 7, NGC 9, CAC 7. NO PCGS/CAC coins have ever auctioned. In dact a 1834 PCGS MS65 has not sold since 2006 (19,550.00). This coin is housed in an older green tag holder. You really have to see this amazing GEM if you are looking for a Bust 25C!

  NICE!

Nice! We think these have become very undervalued!

Both sides are usually clean and satiny. A few trivial lines can be seen scattered around with a strong glass. A full luster beams gorgeous bright ORIGINAL gold colors. All of the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 481, NGC 893, CAC 66. There is a sightUNSEEN WHOLESALE BID of $3,100.00. Also, this coin is housed in an older green tag holder. Can't beat the quality and price here!

50C 1794 PCGS VF25
  A REAL GEM VF25+!
Sold on 05/2012
PCGS definitely showed this coin NO mercy. The difference between a 25 and 30 is so slight anyway.

We label this a GEM VF because it has NO problems and the wear is light and even. It is the kind of coin you would dream up for the grade. The surfaces have a pretty pewter color that mixes with golden brown and pale purple by the obverse peripheries. There are NO discolorations. This is actually a circ coin you can hold in your hands and just endlessly twirl because it is that nice. The eye appeal is SUPERB!

PCGS 37, NGC 25, CAC 4. The last one of these to sell in a major auction brought $24,150.00 in 2012 (not this coin). In fact, the dealer who sold us this actually mourned selling it the entire show. he told us the coin was totally fresh (we could not find any previous images of it). You just do NOT see them like this!

Legend Numismatics is proud to own and offer this magnificent example of one of the first Half Dollars struck.

$1 1902 PCGS PR66+
  WICKED COOL!
Sold on 05/2012
An impossible date and grade. This coin is far superior to the hazy or ugly dark toned ones typically seen.

Mega deep, clear, and clean mirrors adorn both sides. They have that "liquid mercury" look. The reflectivity they offer is bold. The color is a light creamy white/natural gold. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is spectacular-for a 1902 PR Morgan!

ONLY 777 were ever minted. PCGS 16, NGC 37, CAC 3. THIS IS THE ONLY PR66+ GRADED (of ANY date) BY PCGS/NGC! We cannot stress enough how rare this coin is. PCGS has only graded 5 coins higher-after 25 years of operations! Opportunity knocks loud for the serious PR Morgan buyer (imagine what this would sell for if it were in an auction)!

J- 573 5C 1867 PCGS PR65RB
  OUTRAGEOUS EVERYTHING!
Sold on 05/2012
This coin is an R-6 (21-35 minted). It is a copper die trial for a 1867 5C. This coin has a major WOW factor OVER and OVER, and OVER again! There is really nothing wrong with it!

Stunning deep, crystal clear, clean, and highly reflective mirrors give this coin a stand out appearance. Even using a strong glass you see NO imperfections anywhere and you wonder why the coin is only a PR65RB. The colors are drop dead gorgeous! Neon like shades of gold/golden brown/blue/violet/pale purple all intermingle in a most delicious way all over. Every details is frosted and have a full strike. The eye appeal is crazy wild and jaw dropping!

PCGS 4, NGC 0, CAC 1. The last time one of these sold in major auction it, was a PCGS NON CAC piece. that coin brought $4,313.00 8/2010 Heritage.
