1C 1915 PCGS PR67BN
  A MONSTER!
Sold on 08/2014
If it weren't for our business partner making us sell coins-we'd keep this forever! We have been long time huge fans of Matte Proof Lincolns and have seen only ONE other monster 1915 (a 67 RD).

Remarkable surfaces have a full unbroken Matte texture. There are ZERO imperfections of ANY size, ANY where. A strong luster also shows off stunning rich and totally ORIGINAL shades of moderate chocolate/pale green/pale violet colors that are evenly spread all over. You certainly do NOT have to stress over these colors ever turning or mellowing. Lincoln and all of the details are so sharply struck they stand out in a 3-D fashion. The eye appeal is awesome!

PCGS 4, NGC 2, CAC 2. We have NEVER seen or heard of another being offered either privately or in auction. Lincoln Cent collectors have an incredible opportunity here to add an amazing piece to their collections. There certainly is no such thing as finer 1915 BN!

  INCREDIBLE QUALITY!
Sold on 08/2014
How can anyone not be awed by a 174 year old copper coin that looks as good as it did the day it was minted (save for the small color change)? This piece is mind blowing for sure!

Superb surfaces are remarkably clean over all. Only with a really strong glass can you find a microscopic tick or two. A full booming luster shows off totally ORIGINAL colors of chocolate brown/pale blue/and plenty of GEM MINT RED on the reverse. Miss Liberty and the details are very well struck. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

PCGS 5, NGC 8, CAC 5. We're not sure, but this coin very well maybe ex Naftzger (it does have the 'look". No PCGS CAC piece has sold in auction. PCGS has graded NONE finer. This coin will be a star in ANY collection!

$1 1893CC PCGS PR BM 65+
THIS IS A STUNNING PROOF CC MORGAN!
Sold on 08/2014
Legend Numismatics is proud to own and offer this monster of a rarity-a GEM PR CC Morgan. This coin ranks among the greatest CC Morgans in existence! For a Proof CC it is the ultimate in quality and eye appeal.

No question this is a genuine full Proof. The mirrors are miles deep and have amazing clarity. Of course there are NO imperfections on them. The only thing holding this coin back from a PR67 (yes PR67) is a small cut HIDDEN on the cheek). Both sides are tremendously reflective. A visually seductive combination of ORIGINAL greens/blues/purple/violets/gold colors all swirl evenly over the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is spectacular!

ONLY 12 pieces were ever minted. This coin ranks as the second finest. PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. There is a PCGS PR66. It should be noted a PR64 SOLD for $184,000.00 back in 2011. The $218,500.00 we paid for this coin out of the ANA Philadelphia sale now seems like a bargain. There are NO major Morgan Dollar rarities like this to be found these days. A NGC PR66 1895O sold for over $500,000.00 (we'd much rather have an CC vs an O Mint any day). We wish we could keep this coin forever-but sadly we have to make some room in our inventory.

Legend Numismatics is proud to own and offer this amazing CC rarity. If you collect CC's, Morgans, or exotic Proofs, this is a coin you should not miss! Even if you don't buy Morgans, its a very special coin worthy of putting away for a few years.

$10 1914S PCGS MS64
  VERY CHOICE!
Sold on 08/2014
Having built the ALL TIME FINEST EVER MS $10 Indian set and done two others in GEM, we know how these dates come. This coin clearly is way above average!

Typically, we see these dull and crusty (dirty) with lots of lines/hits (ticks and giggles). This coin is quite the opposite. Overall, the surfaces are clean and smooth. Even with a strong glass all you'll find a few scattered stray lines. A surprising full booming shows off beautiful totally original yellow gold colors. All of the details are sharply struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is boldly excellent!

PCGS 63, NGC 29, CAC 8 (NO higher beans). The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in a major auction brought $18,400.00 10/2010 heritage. Need any more proof as to how difficult these are to find? The pop reports do NOT tell the truth about this date in MS64 and higher!

1C 1846 PCGS MS66BN SMALL DATE
  SUPERB IN EVERY RESPECT!
Sold on 08/2014
Very similar to the quality of the Naftzger coins. This coin is absolutely fabulous!

Superior surfaces are incredibly clean and have a slight satiny texture. There are NO hidden imperfections and there are NO spots. Both sides enjoy a strong unbroken luster. GEM ORIGINAL Mint Red color surrounds the features and blends into totally ORIGINAL moderate chocolate brown colors. Miss Liberty and the details are very well struck and do standout. No mater how picky you are, the quality of this coin WILL make you smile. The eye appeal is incredible!

PCGS 2, NGC 3, CAC 1. There is only ONE RB MS66 graded. There are NO auction records what so ever for any PCGS 1846 1C in MS66BN. The current Collectors Universe value of $4,500.00 seems VERY low to us given this coin is outrageous quality and the fact there are NONE higher. Think about the effort it took for this coin to survive 168 years in such a pristine state of preservation. Opportunity knocks loud here!

Finding any thing non 1901S in MS67 is difficult. This coin is well worthy of its lofty designation!

Superb surfaces are satiny smooth and are super clean. Even using a strong glass you will find NO impairments of any size, anywhere. A full booming luster shows off even ORIGINAL yellow gold colored surfaces. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have crisp sharp strikes. The eye appeal is amazing!

PCGS 5, NGC 8, CAC 4. This coin sold for $23,500.00 01/2014 Heritage. We did sell a different coin earlier this year. You will NOT be disappointed!

  NEARLY FULLY PROOFLIKE!
Sold on 08/2014
You can go across the street and see this coins nearly full prooflike mirrors glow! Plus, its just a few very trivial ticks from MS66.

We can't stop twirling this marvelous flashy GEM. The surfaces have mirrors that seem to be 4" deep and have incredible reflectivity and a full booming luster. Only a few very teenie ticks are visible. Both sides are a gorgeous silvery white. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have extra sharp strikes. On a scale of 1-10 we rank this coins eye appeal-an 11! No kidding!

PCGS 305, NGC 114, CAC 30. PCGS has graded only 2 pieces MS65+. One piece sold for $4,994.00 08/2013 Stacks.

  OUTSTANDING QUALITY!
Sold on 08/2014
Have a Walker here with unbeatable quality!

There is no question this coin sat undisturbed since it left the Mint. The surfaces are pristine. Even using a strong glass all you can see are some raised die lines-there is NOTHING in the dreaded right field. A bold "satiny" type of luster shows off alight patina of gold/silver/pale baby blue totally ORIGINAL colors. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and you do not need a glass to see them. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 140, NGC 106, CAC 48. PCGS has graded only 6 coins MS67+. We will challenge this coin vs any other 1936 MS piece!

  SENSATIONAL!
Sold on 08/2014
WOW! This is a superb and really GEMMY piece!

The mirrors are super deep, have remarkable clarity, are super clean, and of course has intense reflectivity. The mirrors look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. Both sides are evenly covered a beautiful and totally ORIGINAL sheen of moderate lavender/champagne colors. These colors are NOT dull or drab in any way. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have extra sharp strikes. The eye appeal is gorgeous!

PCGS 6, NGC 6, CAC 5. The last one of these to sell in auction brought $9,400.00 01/2013 Heritage. These do not come around with any frequency!

  WORLD CLASS!
Sold on 08/2014
When we first saw this coin it was love pure love. We still have trouble putting it away!

Stunning mirrors are super clean, crystal clear, deep, and have bold reflectivity. The mirrors appear like a freshly made sheet of ice being hit by the morning sun. A mellow and totally ORIGINAL mix of pale golden brow/blue splashes on part of the right obverse and a little of the reverse rims. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick white frost. The eye appeal is stunning!

PCGS 2, NGC 4, CAC 4 (we do know this coin is 2x). There has NEVER been ANY 50C 1882 PCGS PR67 CA in auction. If you are building a PR Seated set or Type set, this coin is a "must see"!
