G $1 1880 PCGS MS67+
  STUNNING MIRRORS!
Sold on 03/2014
WOW! This coin is a fully cameoed PROOFLIKE SUPERB GEM!

At first glance, you'd swear this coin was proof. The mirrors are deep, have crystal clear clarity, are remarkably clean, and have bold reflectivity (just like a proof). Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have thick ORIGINAL gold frost. There are NOT spots. The eye appeal is intense!

ONLY 1600 were ever minted. PCGS 103, NGC 67, CAC 26. PCGS has graded only 2 coins MS67+. The other coin sold in auction for $6,900.00 11/12 Stacks. With MS68's at $11-$12,500.00, this coin is a pretty good value! It definitely is a pretty coin!

50C 1921 ALABAMA PCGS MS66
  REMARKABLY CLEAN!
Sold on 03/2014
WOW! We grade this coin and MS69 on cleanliness!

Rarely will you find SUPERB GEM Alabamas so clean. We looked really hard with a strong glass and found ZERO imperfections. A decent luster does shine. Both sides are evenly covered by a moderate mix of totally ORIGINAL golden brown/silver/champagne colors. All of the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is really sweet!

PCGS 97, NGC 78, CAC 37. The last one to sell in a major auction brought $2,585.00 09/2013 Heritage.

5C 1872 PCGS PR66
  PLEASING QUALITY!
Sold on 03/2014
A very pleasing GEM!

There are no major problems. The mirrors are smooth, clean, clear, and have strong reflectivity. They look very glass like. Every detail is lightly frosted and is sharply struck. The eye appeal is VERY pleasing!

ONLY 950 were minted. PCGS 44, NGC 49, CAC 13 (w/none higher). The last one to sell in auction brought only $949.00 back on 10/2011 Teletrade. Seemed too cheap. Also, that was 2+ years ago! The current Collectors Universe value is $1,350.00.

50C 1897 PCGS PR65 DCAMEO
A KILLER BLACK AND WHITE GEM!!
Sold on 03/2014
Want light up a completely dark remote area? Bring this coin out and it will be FULL daylight! WOW does this coin have flash. And its VERY high end too!

True ULTRA deep, crystal clear, clean, and incredibly reflective mirrors nearly blind you from all over. There are just a few extremely well hidden teenie ticks that keep this coin from being a PR66DC and worth a lot more. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have thick gorgeous ORIGINAL frost. The eye appeal is totally heart pounding!

ONLY 731 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 4, NGC 2, CAC 1. The last time one of these sold was back in 10/2010 Heritage-3 years ago! That coin brought $5,750.00. You know today they are much more in demand and do sell for substantial premiums. What a great addition to ANY GEM PROOF Cameoed set this coin will be!

$10 1910S PCGS MS62
  VERY HIGH END!
Sold on 03/2014
Even we submitted this coin 2x seeking an MS63. Not sure why PCGS is being so insanely tight. Last year we sold a 63 not nearly as nice!

Super clean and satiny surfaces have absolutely NO marks-just a few very light lines. Looks like this coin was lightly dipped long ago. A full booming luster also shows off the the bright yellow gold colors. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!

PCGS 335, NGC 161, CAC 7. We cannot find any record of a PCGS CAC piece selling in any recent major auction. An NGC NON CAC piece did sell for $7,050.00 03/2013 Heritage. We cannot stress enough how rare this date is-let along how extremely rare it is to find one with a CAC bean!

50C 1920S PCGS MS65
  SUPERB!
Sold on 03/2014
This is a HIGH END duplicate from one of the top sets ever formed. One look and you will see the great quality and agree!

Super clean and satiny smooth surfaces dominate both sides. Only with a strong glass can you find a light line or two. The dreaded right field is above average in terms of cleanliness. A strong luster shows off crisp white surfaces. This is NOT a dipped out coin. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is like the quality-VERY impressive!

PCGS 56, NGC 39, CAC 13. The last one to sell in a major auction brought $22,325.00 08/2013 Heritage. We promise this coin is very bit as quality oriented as that piece!

$10 1877 PCGS AU50
  SEMI-PROOFLIKE!
Sold on 03/2014
What a lovely specimen! There really are NO negatives about this coin.

Bold semi-prooflike mirrors coupled with a strong luster provide this coin with powerful flash. We think it possibly had a very light dipping LONG ago-but has come back nicely (dipping is topical and does not move metal or alter the surfaces). Only some light lines and even lighter ticks can be seen. Both sides are a deeper gold color highlighted by some reddish gold around the details. Miss Liberty and the details are extremely well struck and show no real traces of wear. The eye appeal is VERY nice!

ONLY 797 were ever minted. Unlike an 1881 $3 (mintage 500) where many pieces survived in nice condition, this date seems to have few survivors period! PCGS 9, NGC 3, CAC 1 (only one other piece-an AU53 is beaned). PCGS has graded possibly 13 pieces higher. So few AU and higher pieces have sold at auction-this decade! Legend Numismatics is proud to own and offer this grossly underrated rarity.

10C 1893 PCGS MS66 EX SIMSPON
  THE EPITOME OF PERFECTION!
Sold on 03/2014
An absolutely SUPERB GEM!

Superior smooth, satiny, and super clean surfaces adorn both sides. Use a strong glass and look really hard, you will be nothing but impressed. A strong luster helps show off totally ORIGINAL and pretty shades of moderate reddish golden brown/pale green colors that are spread all over. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have extra sharp strikes. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 23, NGC 17, CAC 11. The last one to sell in major auction brought only $1,495.00-THREE years ago-01/2011 Heritage.

This coin has been impounded until last October in the all time #1 set-the LAW/Simpson Collection which we exclusively built over the last 20 years! We promise you, this coin was more then worthy of being in that special collection!

  LUSTEROUS!
Sold on 03/2014
This is a VERY pleasing example of an earlier $10 Lib.

Lots of luster can be seen all over. There are a few light scattered lines, while ticks are almost non existent. Both sides are a lighter ORIGINAL gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is superb!

PCGS 31, NGC 132, CAC 3 (an interesting note: only 21 total pieces are beaned for the date in al grades). These are NOT as common as the pops suggest. Of course no PCGS CAC pieces have sold at auction.

$20 1910 PCGS MS64
  TOTALLY ORIGINAL!
Sold on 03/2014
This is a very pleasing piece!

No question it is totally ORIGINAL and has never been messed with. The surfaces are clean overall. Just a few wispy hidden lines can be found if you use a strong glass. A strong luster shows off original deep yellow gold surfaces. There are NO spots. Some light toning is visible (the dirty look). Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is very pleasing!

PCGS 1139, NGC 849, CAC 82. The last one to sell was a NON CAC piece which realized $2,585.00 09/2013 Heritage. Now seems like a good time to buy gold-the premiums are still low!
