5C 1883 SHIELD PCGS PR66
  AMAZING PASTEL COLORS!
Sold on 03/2012
First, this coin does indeed have AMAZING pastel colors-however we can NOT capture them in an image.

Super sleek and super clean mirrors have strong reflectivity and clarity. Both sides are loaded with a vibrant rainbow pastel colors that swirl all over. Every detail is frosty and sharply struck. This coin is pure eye candy!

PCGS 191, NGC 222, CAC 29. This is far superior to your typical PR Shield Nickel!

We do NOT expect to be able to image this coin.

WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE!

$20 1907 HR WE NGC MS66+
  AMAZING NEEDLE SHARP RIMS!
Sold on 03/2012
Talk about amazing Wire Rims. WOW! You can cut anything with the rims on this coin! We're not going to lay out the big $$ if a coin like this isn't all there and then some.

Definitely worthy of its 66+ designation, this coin looks untouched. We think only a MINOR frost break keeps this coin from full MS67 quality. Both sides are unbelievably clean, satiny, and lustrous. The color is a deeper totally ORIGINAL gold. There are no spots or discolorations anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are so incredibly struck, a surgeon could use the rims to cut with! The eye appeal of this coin will make your jaw drop and lock.

PCGS 70, NGC 51, CAC 11. This is the ONLY PCGS or NGC MS66+. Keep in mind an NGC MS67 (NON CAC) is still a $125,000.00+ coin.

Legend Numismatics is proud to offer one of the most beautiful coins that exists-a stunning High Relief Saint!

50C 1795 PCGS XF40 0-116
  A SUPERB GEM XF!!!!
Sold on 03/2012
Legend Numismatics is proud to own and offer this incredibly elusive SUPERB GEM XF piece. We call it such because it is everything and more that you would expect from an XF!

Outstanding surfaces show nothing more than a few very light and scattered old ticks. The coin has 'old time" toning all over. Both sides are free of spots and discolorations on the high points. Of course there is no evidence of cleaning or being messed with. There is a light glossy luster. Any wear is light and even. Miss Liberty and the details have every decent strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic!

Do NOT be fooled by the pops. ANY NICE 1795 50C is impossible to find! PCGS 59, NGC 52, CAC 12. This is also a VERY rare variety-however we paid only a small premium. There is a WHOLESALE sightUNSEEN BID of $10,000.00 for ANY 1795 XF40 CAC. If you have been looking for one of these, we can not stress enough what a great opportunity this coin is. Good luck on finding another!

50C NEW ROCHELLE NGC MS 67+ PL
  FULLY PROOFLIKE!
Sold on 03/2012
In the past, a coin like this would have been designated a Specimen. It sure looks like one of the ORIGINALS to us!

This coin is fully prooflike, with the mirrors bordering in Deep Prooflike. They look like a super smooth sheet of ice and have amazing clarity and reflectivity. There really are NO imperfections on this magnificent GEM. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike. No question there is something "different" about this piece. The eye appeal is spectacular!

PCGS 0, NGC 17, CAC 1. Yes, this is the lone CAC beaned piece-and well worthy of being so! We strongly believe this coin is the second finest PL known. We did see a PL (not designated as such) in an MS68 PCGS holder (worth $30,000.00+). PCGS does NOT designate PL's. Regardless, this is a MONSTER coin worthy of inclusion a MONSTER Commem Collection!

PCGS 287, NGC 228, CAC 41. For a sneak peak, go to PCGS cert verification: 20996891.

$2.5 1907 PCGS MS67+
  THE SECOND FINEST 1907 $2.5!
Sold on 03/2012
What a coin! Its only one teenie cut from MS68!

Everything about this coin does say MS68. There is a very teenie and hidden cut on Miss Libertys trunk. The surfaces are satiny and are impeccable. A rare booming satiny luster beams from all over. The color is a rich and totally ORIGINAL gold. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. This is NOT a problem coin. You need to see it. The eye appeal WILL blow you away!

PCGS 56, NGC 154, CAC 18 (ALL). This is the ONLY MS67+ by PCGS. PCGS has graded one MS68-which is not CAC but sold for $32,000.00 in 2010. A perfect coin for a perfect collection!

  RICH AMAZING COLORS!
Sold on 03/2012
No question this a 100% ORIGINAL GEM PROOF!

Apparently many of these 1893 Proofs have similar toning-as most of the colors on this coin are also on two PR68's we own. The mirrors are deep, crystal clear, clean, and have really strong reflectivity. Both sides are evenly covered by a swirling mix of rich ORIGINAL violet/navy/forest green colors. They are NOT dull. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and standout boldly. The eye appeal is pretty!

ONLY 792 were minted. PCGS 17, NGC 24, CAC 2. Hard to believe, but NO CAC coins have been sold in any major auction that we could find. The current Collectors Universe Value is $6,600.00. Opportunity knocks loud here!

  SUPERB!
Sold on 03/2012
No question this piece is a genuine HIGH END SUPERB GEM! It has NEVER been messed with and certainly is NOT over graded!

Sensational satiny surfaces are as clean and smooth as you will ever see. A strong luster shows off beautiful light golden toning that is scattered around. Some faint die lines (MINT MADE) are visible ONLY under a glass. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have crisp sharp strikes. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 4, NGC 1, CAC 2. PCGS has graded 3 coins higher-including the MONSTER MS68 we placed in major collection last year. The last one of these to sell in auction brought $9,775.00 03/2001 Heritage. Good luck finding another today! This coin is also housed in a VERY old green tag holder.

  A FRESH GEMMY COIN!
Sold on 03/2012
There are more lines on the holder than the coin. LOVE these PR ONLY dates in SUPERB condition!

Terrific deep, clear, clean, and highly reflective mirrors cover both sides. Even using a strong glass you will find NO problems. This piece is not been dipped, but it is untoned. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike and has delicate frost. The eye appeal is great!

This is a PR ONLY date with just 510 pieces minted. PCGS 32, NGC 38, CAC 6. The last PCGS/CAC coin to sell in major auction brought $5,463.00 11/2011 Stacks. Other nice pieces have gone as high as $5,750.00.
