Half Dollars:Walking Liberty
Item - 8108
50C 1936 PCGS PR66
  SUPERB!
Sold on 08/2012
There were maybe 4 or 5 of these in the group we bought-at least one did NOT sticker. Still waiting on the others. There was no large group of these to being with.

Can't beat a well mirrored Early Walker. For a 1936, the mirrors are extra deep, have great clarity, are clean, and have strong reflectivity. The color is a lively silvery white-there is not even a hint of haze. Miss Liberty and the details are pinpoint sharp in strike and boldly stand out. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 242, NGC 334, CAC 47. The last PCGS/CAC piece to sell in a major auction brought $4,887.50 03/2012 Heritage and another brought $5,462.50 03/2012 as well. There is a so/so NON CAC piece for sale now by a West Coast dealer for $5,250.00. We have priced this coin super fair.

50C 1828 SQ BASE 2 LG 8 PCGS MS64
  CLOSE TO FULL MS65!
Sold on 08/2012
We think the color (and a few lines) are actually what holds this coin back from grading full MS65 (NO guarantees).

Lightly semi-prooflike mirrors adorn the obverse. Both sides have a decent luster. There are virtually NO problems to be found other than some light stray lines. The color is a totally ORIGINAL deep pewter/steel gray with hints of pale blue. Miss Liberty and the details are incredibly struck. You really do not need a glass to view this coin with. The eye appeal is pleasing.

PCGS 7, NGC 1, CAC 2. The last one of these that sold in major auction was a non CAC piece. It brought $3,910.00 4/2008 B+M. No question this is a tougher date to find in MS.

A SUPERB GEM ALL THE WAY!
Sold on 07/2012
The mirrors on this remarkable GEM are so clear you can see your pearly whites from across the room!

Both sides explode with incredibly deep, crystal clear, clean, and incredibly reflective mirrors. There is not a hint of haze or toning. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. They have a light coating of silvery white frost. The eye appeal is like the quality: AWESOME!

PCGS 689, NGC 879, CAC 155. We have SEVERAL identical coins in stock!

Definatly a PR65++. The mirrors are icy clear, have great cleanlines, and are highly reflective. A thin light shade of ORIGINAL lively gold covers both sides. Miss Liberty and the detaisl are very sharply struck. This is a beautiful coin!

  AN EYE POPPING MONSTER!!!
Sold on 07/2012
When we saw this coin our jaws dropped so bad they bruised! This coin is the epitome of what a MONSTER COLORED PR Dime should be!

Ultra deep, crystal clear, and intensely reflective mirrors have NO problems of ANY size, ANY where. Outrageous ORIGINAL neon colors of royal blue/violet/pale tangerine are just stunning. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have thick colored frost. Your eyes WILL leave their sockets when they see this wild GEM!

ONLY 600 were ever minted. PCGS 4, NGC 6, CAC 4. The last one of these to appear in major auction brought $5,750.00 06/2011. These certainly are NOT easy to find!

$20 1904S PCGS MS65
  SUPERB!
Sold on 07/2012
SUPERB! This coin is a real MS65 every day!

Super clean and smooth surfaces adorn both sides. Even using a strong glass, you will find NO impairments. The luster is booming. A wonderful and totally ORIGINAL shade of deeper orange evenly covers the surfaces. Miss Liberty s frosty and has a great strike. This is a fresh ORIGINAL GEM that looks terrific!

PCGS 171, NGC 282, CAC 14. Do NOT get this date confused with an 1904 that has OVER 4000 graded in MS65 by PCGS and 209 beaned by CAC (those sell for about $5,000.00)

  VERY PRETTY!
Sold on 07/2012
SUPERB!

Deep and watery mirrors have bold reflectivity. They are clear and appear clean. Only with a strong glass (and tilting the coin) can you see some lines. Both sides have a beautiful mix of ORIGINAL lavender/pale blue/pale gold colors. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full crisp strikes. The eye appeal is SUPERB!

ONLY 700 pieces were minted. PCGS 40, NGC 39, CAC 1. This is a much tougher date to locate than the pops indicate. The last major auction for ANY piece was back in 2008! That coin sold for $1,495.00 1/08 Heritage. Fast forward 4 years.....

  NEAT OLD TIME COLORS!
Sold on 07/2012
We do very much consider this piece to be a GEM. It sure does look like it was saved for a very long time!

The surfaces are surprisingly clean and satiny. We could only find one ultra miniscule tick. The luster is decent for an early Dime. both sides are evenly blanketed by totally ORIGINAL colors of ORIGINAL deep russet/red/forest green/pale navy. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do appear boldly. The eye appeal is great!

PCGS 62, NGC 87, CAC 10. This is not just any old piece that was thrown in a holder! The last one to sell in a major auction brought $4,140.00 3/12 Stacks.

3CN 1887/6 PCGS PR65+ CAMEO
  FLASHY+SUPERB!
Sold on 07/2012
We really do not see any huge reason this coin did not grade PR66 cameo.

Both sides have extra clean, deep, crystal clear, and highly reflective mirrors. Most important, there are NO milky spots anywhere and the coin is NOT toned. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have thick creamy white frost. The eye appeal is fantastic! .

PCGS 6, NGC 4, CAC 1. A NON CAC PCGS PR65 last brought $1,093.00 in 2005 Heritage! NO PR65+ have been at auction. That is a heck of a rare coin!
