10C 1870 PCGS PR67
  AN ORIGINAL SUPERB GEM!
Sold on 05/2013
This coin is incredibly rare in higher grades. We think this particular coin offered here is a real SUPERB GEM PR67 and a really good value!

Deep mirrors are clean and have strong reflectivity. They are evenly blanketed by a mix of ORIGINAL vibrant blue/green on the peripheries which open into light, dusky, NOT dull purple centers. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic!

Only 1000 coins were minted but most were melted due to poor sales. PCGS 2, NGC 2, CAC 4 (this coin is 2x). Neither PCGS nor NGC have graded any finer. The last to sell in a major auction (this coin) brought $4,406.00 (3/13 Heritage). We are adamant this coin sold too cheap!

WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE!

$10 1908D NO MOTTO PCGS MS64
  AWESOME QUALITY!
Sold on 05/2013
This is a VERY HIGH END example of a date that's next to impossible to find in GEM.

Super satiny and smooth surfaces reveal NO major ticks, giggles, or frost breaks. A strong luster enhances ORIGINAL deep yellow gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is tremendous for an 08-D. This coin looks better than many 1932s in MS65 that we've seen!

PCGS 41, NGC 32, CAC 5. The last one to sell at major auction brought $21,850.00 (7/12 Heritage). Keep in mind, an MS65 would easily cost $40-50,000.00 if you could find one. We are pleased to own and present this coin for inclusion in a great $10 Indian set!

50C 1900S PCGS MS65
THIS IS A RARE FULL PROOFLIKE-ALMOST FULL DMPL!
Sold on 05/2013
We've seen 97 & 98-Os in full prooflike, but NEVER a 1900. There is no question the mirrors are FULLY prooflike! The quality is HIGH END!

At first and second glance this coin looks like a 1900 Proof. Only the S mint mark proves it's not a proof. The mirrors are super deep (at least 4"+) and have remarkable clarity. You do not have to imagine them or look hard to see them. You can only see a few ticks and giggles with a strong glass, and they are very minor (as are some light die polishing lines). We do believe this coin is struck from rusted dies since you can see tiny imperfections with a strong glass. Still, there are more problems on the holder than the coin. Both sides are untoned. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have have extra strong strikes. There is actually light cameo contrast as well. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

PCGS 7, NGC 5, CAC 3. PCGS has only graded four higher while CAC has only one coin higher. One of these sold 1/13 in the Heritage sale for $6,463.00. These are not easy to find coins. We paid much more than that price as this coin is virtually a DMPL! Opportunity doesn't just knock, it ROCKS loud here for the serious MS Barber Collector. We don't think you will ever see another 1900s like this!

$10 1903O PCGS MS64
  TOTALLY ORIGINAL!
Sold on 05/2013
This coin definitely has what we call ORIGINAL skin. It's solid for the grade!

To the naked eye the coin does look fairly clean and you can only see a few ticks and giggles with a strong glass. The luster is strong and does have a full chartwheel effect. Both sides are a totally ORIGINAL deep yellow gold color with NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is pleasing!

PCGS 13, NGC 10, CAC 4. The fact that PCGS has ONLY graded one coin higher (an MS66) makes a powerful statement as to how this date doesn't usually come nicely. Its definitely a date and grade you do not see offered with any frequency. The last PCGS/CAC MS64 to sell in a major auction brought $6,325.00 (7/11 Heritage), which was this coin apparently. That's a long time ago. We recently purchased this coin from a collector (who we assume bought it back in 2011).

If you love $10 Libs, especially a choice, obsolete mint piece, then check this coin out!

  OUTRAGEOUS QUALITY!
Sold on 05/2013
This coin is a high R-6 only 13-30 were minted (ok, where are they?). We strongly believe this coin is the FINEST for the date. The Simpson coin is only a PR65. We LOVE the quality and everything about this piece!

This coin looks like it was sculpted from a brand new chocolate bar. There are NO imperfections of any size, anywhere. The color is a totally ORIGINAL rich chocolate. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and really do look sculpted. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

PCGS 2, NGC 0, CAC 2. This is both coins on the PCGS and CAC pops-we resubmitted it for imaging. The last time it was in auction was back in 1992-where it sold for $3,500.00. keep in mind, a PR66 1863 gold piece is worth at least $250,000.00 today! We feel VERY strongly a Pattern like this represents excellent value today! BR>

  VERY HIGH END!
Sold on 05/2013
Hard to believe this coin is one of our favorite NEWPS. It is AWESOME and then some!!! Why it is not a +, we do not understand.

Killer deep, crystal clear, super clean, and boldly reflective mirrors beam from all over. They look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. Both sides are evenly covered by a gorgeous even mix of totally ORIGINAL pale forest green/blue/pale purple colors. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and are fully struck. This is far from dull or drab. The eye appeal is will make your heart pound (it did ours)!

ONLY 600 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 22, NGC 15, CAC 3. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $6,325.00 08/2010 Stacks. Disregard the pops these are NOT easy coins to find-especially looking like this!

  BEAUTIFUL!
Sold on 05/2013
Very choice and almost a full PR64!

Both sides have really deep, crystal clear, clean, boldly reflective mirrors. They have that "liquid" molten look when twirling them. You won't find anything more than a few light scattered lines. A beautiful, totally ORIGINAL mix of golden brown/blue/russet frames only the rim areas and the centers are creamy white. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is really fabulous!

ONLY 813 minted. Due to the rarity of MS pieces, 1901 Proofs carry a premium vs. other Proofs. PCGS 63, NGC 42, CAC 6. The last PCGS/CAC piece to sell at major auction brought $3,819.00 (10/12 Heritage).

  FULLY CAMOED!
Sold on 05/2013
The mirrors on this masterpiece really burst out with bold flash, super clarity, and of course remarkable cleanliness. They actually look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have bold moderate white frost. The eye appeal is spectacular!

PCGS 16, NGC 20, CAC 11. PCGS has graded only 2 PR66+ CA. The last one sold at auction brought $3,565.00 10/12 Heritage. We promise, this coin has the quality and eye appeal you expect!

  A HANDSOME PIECE!
Sold on 05/2013
Between the major CSNS Show and the ANA Midwinter Show,we could only find 4 MS66 Saints to buy. It wasn't like we even saw any that were simply too much!

This coin is a blast of intense luster. There are NO visible problems or spotting anywhere. The color is an ORIGINAL rich gold with highlights of orange. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have strong strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous!

The current WHOLESALE sight UNSEEN BID is $3,750.00 for any W/Motto PCGS MS66 CAC coin.

  PHENOMENAL QUALITY!
Sold on 05/2013
This is a R-6 (13-30 minted). It is a Copper Goloid Metric Dollar design (by William Barber). The ORIGINALITY and quality are PHENOMENAL!

Not over hyping when we say this piece is in the top 2% for the grade! Both sides have real deep, crystal clear, super clean, and incredibly reflective mirrors. There are may be two teenie scattered flecks/toning dots around-they are not negative. An awesome ORIGINAL mix of faded Mint red/pale chocolate brown/pale violet/some blue swirls all over the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. Your jaw will drop and lock when it sees this outstanding KILLER coin!

PCGS 5, NGC 1, CAC 3. One of these (a NON CAC coin) sold for $9,775.00 in 02/2009 Heritage. The Judd book lists a PR65 at $9,500.00. We strongly believe what we are asking for this fresh to the market piece (it had been in a collection for at least 30+ years until now) is more than fair.
