Item - 8750
$20 1867S PCGS AU58
  VERY COOL!
Sold on 02/2013
Not bad at all. These can come so miserable. We'll always try and buy nicer pieces like this!

As typical for the date, there are some light teenie scattered ticks. There is nothing major. The wear is light and is not discolored. Some ORIGINAL luster does show off. Both sides are a rich gold color with a hint of some "dirty toning" around the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is neat!

PCGS 43, NGC 173, CAC 6. Do NOT let the pops fool you, most of these in holders have slight gradeflation issues. These are tough coins. The ONLY CAC coin to sell in major auction was an NGC which brought $10,350.00 06/2012 Heritage. Opportunity knocks loud here for the better gold buyer!

  AWESOME!
Sold on 02/2013
This is a GEM AU for sure!

Its one thing to find a commoner 1799 AS fresh and ORIGINAL, but a 1797? Almost impossible! This piece has amazing qualities.

We are blown away by the tremendous amount of ORIGINAL luster that still beams from all over. The surfaces are clean overall. The wear is visible but is light and not distracting. Both sides are evenly covered by an ORIGINAL mix of lively pewter/silver colors. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck with a surprising amount of the eagles breast feathers (on the reverse) clearly visible. The eye appeal is like the quality-tremendous!

PCGS 10, NGC 3, CAC 2 (CAC has only beaned 2 coins higher). The other 1797 PCGS/CAC AU53 sold at auction in 11/12 Stacks for $21,850.00. This coin is fresh to the market. We bought this coin right and will offer it a fair price!

  A FABULOUS TWO TONE PIECE!
Sold on 02/2013
We LOVE these big beautiful coins when we can find them with some color. This coin is spectacular!

Both sides are intensely lustrous. You can clearly see the problem free and satiny smooth surfaces. There are a few HIDDEN patches of darker toning-but you need a glass to see them. Totally ORIGINAL and super vivid yellow gold mixes with bright orange and swirls all over. No image can capture the beautiful color mix. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have really sharp strikes. The eye appeal is seriously above average and is fantastic!

PCGS 7896, NGC 4652, NGC 488. Our sightUNSEEN WHOLESALE BID is still $3,750.00 (where are all the coins)? We did pay more than that to buy this GEM. One look and you will understand why we did!

WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE!

  PHENOMENAL!
Sold on 02/2013
Building a world class Commem set? We are proud to own and offer this world class SUPERB GEM Isabella. We are extra picky about these in the higher grades.

Awesome semi-prooflike mirrors meet with a full booming luster and have a dramatic radiance. You can see this coin from across the street! The surfaces are wildly clean and smooth. Killer colors of pale rose/olive/blue/pale green burst from all over. Isabella and all of the details are frosted and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal is jaw dropping!

PCGS 30, NGC 50, CAC 11. Even though the last piece to sell in major auction brought $10,575.00-we doubt it was as nice and we did pay more for this beauty! EYE appeal and color mean a lot.

50C 1937S PCGS MS67
  A STUNNING BLAZING WHITE GEM!
Sold on 02/2013
In our VERY strong opinion, we rank this coin as one of the FINEST 1937S that exist! Why PCGS did not at least + this coin-who knows!

Absolutely FLAWLESS surfaces reveal NOTHING even when using a strong glass. Its so wonderful to see the dreaded right field so clean and smooth. A full booming luster shows off crisp white surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have super sharp strikes. You do NOT need a glass to see the skirt lines or the full head. The eye appeal is stunning!

PCGS 25, NGC 12, CAC 11. A PCGS CAC piece once sold for $9,987.00 08/2012 Heritage. We'd compare this coins quality to that. Other PCGS/CAC coins have sold in the $5,000.00 range. Only when you see this coin's amazing quality will you know its well worth what we are asking!

  SUPERB!
Sold on 02/2013
This is a totally OUTSTANDING coin. VERY high end quality too!

Shimmering "ice" like mirrros are remarkably clean, sleek, crystal clear, deep, and have intense reflectivity. You can see the mirrors flash from across the room. They show that even 150 years ago the Mint knew how to make great proofs. A mellow and very pretty mix of totally ORIGINAL lavender/golden brown/pale purple evenly cover the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and sharp stand out strikes. The eye appeal is wonderful!

ONLY 460 were ever minted. PCGS 8, NGC 5, CAC 1. NO PCGS/CAC pieces have ever sold at auction. These are impossible to find this nice!

  SUPERB!
Sold on 02/2013
Have a very nice piece here. No question this coin has been carefully saved since it left the bank 85 years ago. The surfaces are smooth and are super clean. A really strong luster shows off totally ORIGINAL nickel/pale gold colors. There is not a single toning dot or fleck anywhere. All of the details are well struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!

PCGS 193, NGC 51, CAC 24. The last 1928 PCGS MS66 to sell in auction was a NON CAC. It brought $822.00 11/12 Stacks.

50C 1911 PCGS PR64 CAMEO
  A BORDERLINE PR65!
Sold on 02/2013
What a dazzling GEM!

Only a line or two that are HIDDEN across the cheek keep this wonderful coin from a full PR 65 Cameo designation. Both sides have superb mirrors that are deep, crystal clear, clean, and have great reflectivity. They look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. A super band of ORIGINAL vivid blue/violet/golden brown colors frames the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details boldly stand out with crisp strikes and thick frost. Your eyes will pop out when they see this near miss GEM!

ONLY 543 were ever minted. PCGS 18, NGC 11, CAC 6. The last PCGS/CAC piece that sold was back in 11/2010 Heritage. These are NOT as easy to find as you think!

  TOTALLY EYE CANDY!
Sold on 02/2013
We bought this coin instantly as our eyes popped out and our jaws dropped. NO IMAGE CAN DUE THIS COIN JUSTICE!

Technically, this coin IS all there. Remarkably clean and smooth surfaces glow with an intense luster. Phenomenal rainbow pastel like ORIGINAL colors of pearl green/lime/gold/violet/amber/baby blue all lap each other and are free form over all of the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is jaw dropping!

PCGS 24, NGC 14, CAC 13. We're asking a premium-because we paid a premium. Gorgeous coins like this you can not buy cheap! We do think this coin has been carefully stored since the day it left the bank. It is far better than some MS68's we have recently.

To see a sneak peak, visit PCGS cert verification: 26783789 (this image does not do the coin justice).

1C 1914D PCGS MS65RD
  A BLAZING MINT RED!
Sold on 02/2013
This is a fiery totally ORIGINAL HIGH END GEM!

Both sides blaze with the most intense luster possible. The surfaces are sensationally clean overall. There are some microscopic toning dots hidden in the right obverse field. The color is an electric ORIGINAL Mint red with splashes of gold. Lincoln and all of the details are frosty and have extra sharp strikes. Like the quality, the eye appeal is incredible!

PCGS 59, NGC 20, CAC 9. We doubt there are many 14D's that are close to this coins remarkable quality and eye appeal. Try and find a PCGS/CAC 14D-good luck
