3CS 1872 PCGS PR65+CAMEO
A KILLER BLACK AND WHITE JEWEL!
Sold on
01/2012
WOW! This coin is like a fully fiery perfect cut diamond! PCGS has the + button working the day it was submitted as well. In a PR66 cameo holder we still would love it!
The ONLY possibly as to why this coin is not a PR66 Cameo, some pin point planchet flakes. You need a glass to see them. There are NO visible problems. The mirrors are super deep, have amazing clarity, and are incredibly reflective. Every detail is sharp as a knife and has thick snowy white frost. The eye appeal is definitely heart pounding!
PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS has only graded 4 coins higher-of which we know at least 2 are locked up for a very long time in major collections.

H.10 1835 PCGS MS66 SM DT, SM LET
Having built the FINEST EVER collection of Bust half Dimes (the Law/Simpson Collection), we know how rare and grossly UNDER valued these coins are. We are thrilled to have been able to purchase a GEM of this tough date.
Both sides are blast white and have not even a hint of color. The planchet was nice and there are NO problems to be found-even using a strong glass. The luster is strong and shows off the frosty and sharply struck details. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 2, NGC 1, CAC 2. PCGS has graded 5 coins higher. The last one of these to appear in a major auction brought $6,900.00. This coin will be great addition to any GEM Bust Half Dime collection.

LOVE THIS CRAZY GEM!
Sold on
01/2012
No question this GEM is totally ORIGINAL. It looks like someone placed it somewhere safe and secure for over 175 years!
We marvel at how both sides are super clean and smooth. Even when using a glass, you do not see any flecks, hits, or spotting. The color is completely ORIGINAL. There is about 50% GEM Mint Red that mixes with pale navy brown. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is totally impressive!
PCGS 12, NGC 0, CAC 5. The last one to appear in major auction brought $3,220.00 04/11 Heritage.
How cool is a penny from 1837 that is still in untouched condition? We think VERY cool!

A KILLER BLACK AND WHITE GEM!
Sold on

Too bad all DMPL's can't be honestly graded like this!
Full 8"+ mirrors are super clean (you can barely see any ticks), have terrific depth, are crystal clear, and of course have reflectivity as bold as the sun. Miss Liberty and the details are super clean and have full strikes. They are covered by a thick heart pounding snow white frost. The eye appeal is PHENOMENAL!
PCGS 18, NGC 1, CAC 62 (ALL). Suggestion, don't wait for the image-you know we wouldn't buy this coin unless it was pure TNT!

TOTALLY ORIGINAL!
Sold on
01/2012
Looks like this coin was never touched since the day it left the bank. It only mellowed with some light totally ORIGINAL toning!
Super clean and satiny smooth surfaces highlight both sides. The luster is strong and shows off the pale golden toning nicely. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. Her hair is not flat. This coin does display the "deep dish" high relief striking. The eye appeal is really beautiful!
PCGS 1105, NGC 1034, CAC 98. A PCGS CAC coin sold in auction 10/11 Heritage for $2,185.00. Fortunately, we bought this right and we are NOT an auction!
