1C 1903 PCGS PR66+ RB
  A TREMENDOUS FIRECRACKER!
Sold on 04/2013
OMG! This coin packs more punch than a truck full of TNT!!!! Calling the MONSTER obverse a firecracker is being lite!

The obverse has unbelievably deep, crystal clear, perfectly clean, and wildly reflective mirrors. The reverse has the same, only it is covered by some deeper toning. No question this coin is 1000% ORIGINAL. The obverse (which is mostly red) has exploding colors of GEM MINT RED/gold that nearly blind you. The reverse has more of a brown/greenish/gold coloration. One or two teenie toning dots are scattered around. Regardless, Mother Nature did one of her most amazing and blinding jobs ever here! Miss Liberty and all of the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is drop dead PHENOMENAL!

PCGS 6, NGC 13, CAC 1. PCGS has ONLY graded 2 coins PR66+RB. This coin is totally FRESH to the market (the same sale as the Centennial PR set deal in NH). It is from an old Chapman Brothers deal that was purchased in 1904. You haven't seen a wild colored PR Indian until you have seen this piece!

WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE!

50C 1908 PCGS PR64+ CAMEO
  OUTRAGEOUSLY WICKED COOL!
Sold on 04/2013
This wild GEM is nothing but flash!

Nearly full ULTRA deep mirrors have amazing crystal clear clarity. They are clean overall-only if you use a really strong glass can you find some light scattered lines. The reflectivity of the mirrors are so intense you are nearly blinded. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have clear crisp silvery white frost. The eye appeal is PHENOMENAL!

ONLY 545 pieces were ever struck. PCGS 5, NGC 2, CAC 3 (this coin is at least 2). This is the ONLY PR64+ graded. 1908's generally do NOT come cameoed. There are possibly only 8 coins graded cameo in PR 64 and higher after PCGS 25+ years of operations and seeing million of coins! THAT IS RARE! What a great value this is.

1C 1838 PCGS MS67BN N-4 NAFTZGER
  THE BEST OF THE BEST!
Sold on 04/2013
Students of large Cents study this GEM-it is PERFECT! Had PCGS graded it a MS68 BN, we'd have agreed!

We actually studied this coin for a long time and found only one teenie toning dot. There really ZERO imperfections. The surfaces are smooth and do emit a VERY strong luster. Generous peaks of GEM ORIGINAL Mint RED color spill from the protected areas. The balance of the surfaces are a beautiful semi glossy brown. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous!

PCGS 1, NGC 1, CAC 1. This is the FINEST MS67 1838! Again, do not count what the Naftzger coins sold for in their ORIGINAL sale. we did buy this piece in the Cardinal Sale where we bought the 1794 $1. These are tremendous quality GEMS that brought current market. We still think an MS67 like this should be worth more-but its really only its second market exposure in 50 years.

1C 1837 PCGS MS67BN N-7 MED LETTERS NAFTZGER
ONE OF THE FINEST THAT EXISTS!
Sold on 04/2013
The 1837 RD was insane, this coin is crazy! It is a 100% FLAWLESS SUPERB GEM!

Yet another killer lustrous coin from 1837. Look as hard as you can, there is not a single minute imperfection anywhere. No question this coin has never been touched in its 176 year life. We think this coin also could have been labeled RB. There is about 30% fully visible GEM ORIGINAL Mint RD. The balance of the surfaces are a creamy brown color. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is sensational!

PCGS 2, NGC 0, CAC 2. We are proud to have placed the other MS67BN with a collector who seriously cherishes his custodianship of it. This coin should be valued off the charts. how many coins of any kind from 1837 can you buy in REAL MS67? We did just buy it for $35,250.00 from the Cardinal Collection sale-and we were prepared to go higher. Once these Cardinal coins are sold-good luck finding any more-only small pockets have surfaced since the sale. The demand is crazy as the smart collectors know nothing comes close to Naftzger quality!

1C 1813 PCGS AU58 S-292 GERRIE
  INCREDIBLE!
Sold on 04/2013
We're NOT hyping this coin. We really can't see why it is only an AU58! This coin definitely is a SUPERB GEM AU!

Incredible glossy surfaces do radiate some luster. We can't find ANY marks or problems. The only lines we found-are on the holder! The color is an ORIGINAL moderate chocolate brown. NO spots or stains are visible. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is is mind-boggling!

PCGS 6, NGC 20, CAC 1. PCGS has ONLY graded possibly 16 higher. The last time a PCGS AU58 sold in a major auction was back in 2008, where a coin brought $11,500.00 heritage. Certainly this amazing piece is worth more!

Legend Numismatics is proud to own and offer this exceedingly rare date Large Cent! The price guides are just plain WRONG-since NONE have publicly traded hands in over 4+ years!

1C 1857 PCGS MS65RB N-1 LG DATE NAFTZGER
  SPECTACULAR!
Sold on 04/2013
OMG! We make NO apologies about any thing we say for this amazing GEM! PCGS was insane by not grading it RED!

First, it should be known, this date typically comes dull, ugly, and plain horrible. This coin is NONE of those. In fact, this coin is SUPER HIGH END. The surfaces are unbelievably clean. A super strong luster beams from all over. The color is an ORIGINAL GEM MINT RED with the slightest bit of faded brown (you have to look really hard). Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have remarkable full strikes. The eye appeal is mind-boggling for sure!

PCGS 2, NGC 5, CAC 4. back in 2009 at the Naftzger sale, one of these sold for $18,400.00. In early copper there is no other pedigree that equals Nafztger. The quality of his coins can be described as the "best of the best". When this group is sold, good luck finding others. Since his sale in 2009, only a small pocket or two have come back to the market. Each time they are valued higher and sell almost instantly.

Legend Numismatics is proud to own and offer this magnificent GEM!

  TIED FOR FINEST GRADED!
Sold on 04/2013
This coin is the real deal! Your jaw will drop! Your heart will race! Its got the looks and crazy quality even the honey badger would stand up and notice!

Immediately you can see this coin is virtually perfect! There are tiny ticks here and there, however nothing is big or distracting. An intense, full booming luster nearly blinds you. The obverse is sensationally frosty white (NOT DIPPED) while the reverse is a kaleidoscope of ORIGINAL rainbow colors that swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is incredible!

PCGS 33, NGC 39, CAC 10. PCGS has graded 2 MS67+ and the other coin sold for $12,925.00 (10/12 Heritage). This coin will be a star in ANY SUPERB GEM set!

25C 1893 ISABELLA QUARTER PCGS PR65
  A FULL GEM PROOF!
Sold on 04/2013
Since it began, PCGS has held very tight standards on what it designates as Proofs. Not just in Commems, but with coins like High Reliefs (which it won't Proof) as well. Since it began operations over 25 years ago, there has been only ONE Isabella PR graded by PCGS-this coin. We see why-as it looks like a PR Barber Quarter from that era!

We have seen only 3 maybe 4 coins graded by NGC that we think are genuine proofs. While they have strong semi-prooflike mirrors, they do not have the complete mirrors like this coin has. These mirrors are deep, crystal clear, clean, and have remarkable reflectivity. Also, there are NO breaks in the mirrors. A beautiful mix of deep purple/navy colors frame parts of the peripheries. As expected on any proof, the details are razor sharp in strike. Even the rope on the reverse is so needle sharp it looks frosty and 3-D! The eye appeal of this coin is amazing.

PCGS 1, NGC 7, CAC 1 (this is listed twice on CAC. Having purchased both Pattern Commems and other Proof Commems for prices ranging from $50,000-$200,000.00, we think this piece is a total steal! After 25 years PCGS has not seen any others worthy of the Proof designation!

AN AWESOME BLACK AND WHITE GEM!
Sold on 04/2013
Mirror mirrors on the coin, which 1861 is one of the greatest of all? this one! WOW is it cameoed!

Ultra deep, crystal clear, and incredibly reflective mirrors beam from all over. you could be across the street on a sunny day and still be blinded by this coin reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick powdery white frost. The eye appeal is explosive and memorable!

1000 were minted, but many coins got melted due to slow sales at the mint. PCGS 1, NGC 2, CAC 3 (this coin is listed 2x). CAC has beaned NONE higher. PCGS has graded 2 coins higher. This coin last sold in our LM Auction 12/12 for $9,400.00. Obviously, you can't go out and buy another! The last PR64 CAC to sell brought $G back in 2006! These are really RARE coins!

  GREAT QUALITY-OGH TOO!
Sold on 04/2013
This is a super pleasing and quality oriented piece!

Super satiny, smooth surfaces adorn both sides. They are super clean (including the dreaded right field). A strong luster shows off totally ORIGINAL colors of creamy white and pale gold on parts of the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is VERY pleasing!

PCGS 63, NGC 85, CAC 26. The last to sell in a major auction brought $1,762.00 (3/13 Stacks). It was not this coin!
