10C 1835 PCGS MS65+
  OUTSTANDING!
Sold on 10/2011
A true borderline MS66! Totally ORIGINAL too!

Crisp, clean and smooth surfaces are a delight. Only two very teenie ticks can be detected on the reverse. A superb pretty mix of pale gold/green/golden brown colors intermingles nicely all over. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is exceptional!

PCGS 14, NGC 19, CAC 4. This is the ONLY PCGS/CAC MS 65+ graded by PCGS. PCGS has graded ONLY one MS66. The last regular MS 65 (NO CAC) that sold in auction brought $7,475.00 09/2006 Heritage-that's 5 years ago! This is certainly not a date you will see with any remote frequency in full GEM. Opportunity more than knocks loud here!

  SATINY AND SEXY!
Sold on 10/2011
We strongly feel this coin deserves a +, but PCGS was being PCGS. This coin definitely is VERY high end!

Only a small light die clash maybe what keeps this coin from a full MS65 designation. The surfaces are extra smooth, satiny, and do emit a decent luster. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 105, NGC 87, CAC 6. This coin is far superior to the typical MS64 you'll see offered. Keep in mind, and MS65 would WHOLESALE for nearly $20,000.00 if you could find one!

  A GEM ORIGINAL COIN!
Sold on 10/2011
This is a R-5 (30-76 minted). It is a smaller Flying Eagle obverse and regular reverse. The metal is copper nickel.

No question this coin is totally ORIGINAL and has NEVER been messed with. Typical for the date, the mirrors are moderate and have a satiny look. There are ZERO impairments anywhere. The color is a beautiful even reddish golden brown. Every detail is lightly frosted and has a needle sharp strike. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 2, NGC 0, CAC 2. Do NOT be fooled about its rarity. The last PCGS coin to be sold at a major auction was back in 1997! An NGC coin sold for $5,750.00 1/09 Stacks. The Judd Book lists it at $6,000.00 in 65. A regular PR 1858 in PCGS/CAC PR65 would WHOLESALE for $17,500.00 minimum. We purchased this coin from a long time Pattern Collector who in our opinion has one of the best eyes. So no matter how picky you are, this coin WILL please you!

  PHENOEMANL COLORS!
Sold on 10/2011
This coin will rival ANY of the Sonnier coins! It is super high end in quality. We grade the colors MS68.5!

Super clean and smooth surfaces expose nothing to the naked eye. Even with a glass, there are only a few scattered teenie ticks. A full booming luster shows off jaw dropping colors of violet/amber/emerald green that cascade in a big block rainbow fashion. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. Your eye balls will never go back in the sockets after seeing this world class colored Morgan!

  THE FINEST 1885 PROOF NICKEL!
Sold on 10/2011
Possibly the Holey Grail of PR Liberty Nickels! We have always loved this spectacular GEM. Years ago we sold it to Daryl Haynor who recently sold it along with his other incredible coins at auction. There was no way we would not own it again! We were thrilled that Daryl made money on it and we were able to buy it for UNDER our max bid! If you seek a special type coin, or our building one of the finest collections, you MUST consider this coin!

This coin is so easy to describe-its virtually perfect. There is one single teenie cut (well hidden) and thats it. This coin is basically the same as the day it left the Mint. Both sides display sleek, clear, clear, and nicely reflective mirrors. A gorgeous mix of light purple/gold colors swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have light frost. The eye appeal is awesome!

PCGS 1, NGC 3, CAC 1. This is the FINEST graded 1885 at PCGS. In the Heritage PRE ANA Sale, the coin did sell for $12,650.00-and we were prepared to pay much more too! In today's market, we think this coin is a great value!

  BEAUTIFULLY COLORED!
Sold on 10/2011
Deep and flashy mirrors are clear and have no problems any where. A pretty moderate coating of ORIGINAL green/purple/blue/lime colors swirls all over. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have gentle creamy white frost. The eye appeal is beautiful!

962 were minted. PCGS 35, NGC 42, CAC 9. The last one to sell in a major auction was for $1,840.00 in 07/11 Heritage. No other CAC's have sold at auction. Not an easy date to find!

  SPARKLEY LIGHT COLOR!
Sold on 10/2011
No question this coin is a rock solid GEM every time!

Both sides are remarkably clean and sleek. Even with a strong glass you will NO spots or ticks. There seems to be a hint of semi-prooflike mirrors. The luster is super strong and shows off the light gold/lilac/nickel blue colors all over. ALL of the details are very well struck. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 154, NGC 56, CAC 9 (only ONE CAC coin higher). It is not surprising to us how hard it is to find NICE unmessed with Buffaloes like this! The last one to sell in major auction was a NON CAC which brought $1,208.00 03/2011 Stacks.

  A TREMENDOUS GEM!
Sold on 10/2011
Even though PCGS did not grade this coin a +, we do! It is really nice and high end!

Only some light frost breaks appear in the right obverse field, otherwise, this coin is flawless! The surfaces are also intensely lustrous and satiny smooth. The color is a silvery white. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous!

PCGS 213, NGC 356, CAC 42. You will not be disappointed with this coin!

  ORIGINAL RAINBOW COLORS!
Sold on 10/2011
Our eyes popped out of our heads when we first saw this colored GEM! It definitely has ORIGINAL colors. the technical quality is great too!

Sleek and semi-prooflike surfaces are super clean. There are NO spots or problems of any size anywhere, An intense luster shows off gorgeous swirling colors of violet/pearl green/pale red/golden brown/amber. An FYI: reds are the most difficult to recreate. All of the details are boldly struck and stand out. The eye appeal is jaw dropping!

PCGS 67, NGC 45, CAC 10. The last NGC coin to sell in major public auction brought $3,335.00 07/2011 Stacks. We doubt it had wild colors like this.

  MARVELOUS COLORS!
Sold on 10/2011
This stunning SUPERB GEM is from the same wild group the has produced several MS69s!

Well worthy of its designation, this coin has it all. Absolutely FLAWLESS surfaces glow with a booming luster. The obverse is awash with rich golden brown/gold/pale green/a splash of navy/violet colors. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and boldly stand out. The eye appeal will really make your blood flow!

PCGS 75, NGC 31, CAC 37 (included non +). Once these are gone (and we are running out quickly) we doubt you will ever see other Mercs anywhere near the wild colors or quality these coins offer.
