$1 1899 PCGS PR64 CAMEO
  A SPARKLING BEAUTY!
Sold on 01/2012
VERY HIGH END quality!

The only thing that keeps this coin from being a full PR65 Cameo-a hidden wispy light lines you can only see with a strong glass. Otherwise, the mirrors are "glassy", have great depth, are clear, and have bold reflectivity. This is NOT a dipped out or processed coin. A light hint of ORIGINAL gold adorns the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are pinpoint sharp in strike and have moderate silvery white frost. There definitely is a Cameoed two tone effect visible. The eye appeal is superb!

ONLY 846 pieces were minted. PCGS 12, NGC 8, CAC 2. This is NOT as common or easy to find date as you think The last one of these to appear at major auction brought $5,175.00-09/06 Heritage. Even an NGC coin last sold for $3,105.00 in 2004. A REGULAR NON CAMEO PCGS PR64 CAC brought $4,313.00 11/10 Stacks. This coin is fresh to market having resided with a long time collector for many years. Opportunity can't knock any louder here!

WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE!

$1 1863 PCGS PR64 CAMEO
A STUNNING BACK AND WHITE GEM!
Sold on 01/2012
Blinding eye candy! This is one of those GEMs you twirl forever and never want to put down. It is a killer black and white GEM!

Only a few VERY light and scattered lines keep this coin from being a $20,000.00 PR65 Cameo. There are actually more lines on the holder that the coin! the mirrors are ULTRA deep (you can really shave in them), super clear, clean, and have the most powerful reflectivity you will see for a date in the 1860's. There is NO toning. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick snowy white frost. The eye appeal will make your jaw drop and lock!

ONLY 460 were ever minted. PCGS 12, NGC 14, CAC 5. A NON CAC PCGS PR64 Cameo was the last to sell at a major auction. It brought $10,925.00 09/10 Heritage. Even a PR63+ Cameo sold for $7,188.00 11/2010 Stacks. You will NOT see many coins similar to this ever offered. Opportunity knock loud here!

H.01 1833 PCGS MS66BN
ONE OF THE FINEST TO SURVIVE!
Sold on 01/2012
Being super secret copper weenies, we always buy outstanding pieces when ever we see them. To us, this coin was a "no brainer". We can't stress enough how really rare GEM ORIGINAL copper like this is.

Item This coin is awesome! There are actually clear hints of ORIGINAL Mint RD around the devices and in areas of the reverse. Only under a strong glass can you see some light toning spots. Overall, the surfaces are clean and almost velvety. The color is a smooth chocolate brown. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is tremendous!

PCGS 4, NGC 6, CAC 1. PCGS has graded NONE higher while NGC has one MS67. There are no accurate pricing guides-and no similar coins have been sold at any major auction since 2004! Regardless, you can reason out, that anything below $10,000.00 just sounds too cheap.

Opportunity can't knock any louder!

50C 1879 PCGS MS67
  SON OF GODZILLA!
Sold on 01/2012
You can't dream up a better MS67 Seated Half Dollar. This is definitely a sibling of Godzilla!

There are not enough powerful adjectives to describe this amazing GEM. The surfaces are satiny smooth and have ZERO imperfections. There is a full booming luster and hints of some semi prooflike mirrors. Mind boggling shades of ORIGINAL pale gold/pale violet frame the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are so pinpoint sharp in strikes and covered in thick creamy frost they they look sculpted! Your eye balls WILL pop out and bounce when they see this out of this world piece! We've seen MS68's that don't look anywhere near as nice.

PCGS 14, NGC 17, CAC 7. No CAC's have sold in auction. A PCGS/non CAC piece sold for $14,950.00 1/10 Heritage. We can assure you, this is one of the best 1879's graded-maybe one of the best Seated Halves grade! Do not just take our word on it, check it out!

1C 1922 NO D PCGS MS63BN STRONG REVERSE
  HINTS OF ORIGINAL MINT RED!
Sold on 01/2012
WOW WEE! We grade this coin MS63+BN. This is an amazing coin for just an MS63BN!

Using a strong glass, you can NOT find any significant hits, scrapes, or problems. The surfaces seem to have a very slight roughness-but that's the planchet quality. A surprising luster shows off moderate chocolate brown color. Mint red color is visible surrounding the devices. The lower right obverse has some golden brown speckled light toning. The reverse is borderline MS64RB. Lincoln and all of the details are sharply struck. This is a totally genuine and really NICE looking 1922 NO D.

PCGS 9, NGC 10, CAC 3. PCGS has graded only 5 coins higher (only ONE so far is CAC). The last one of these to appear in major public auction was a NON CAC piece. It brought $29,900.00 05/2009 Heritage. The next step up (if you could buy the lone PCGS/CAC coin is worth at least $50,000.00+). Dates like this have tight spreads for some reason. Regardless, opportunity knocks loud for someone who collects Lincoln cents or wants a real "key" coin.

$5 1881 PCGS MS65
  A LOVELY SPECIMEN!
Sold on 01/2012
We are pleased to have purchased this lovely piece of a date and grade we have never owned or handled before!

We do rank this coin as a 65.7. Both sides are amazingly clean overall-even using a strong glass. There are a few MICROSCOPIC copper stains scattered around. These are NOT a negative and PROVE this coins total ORIGINALITY. A decent luster shows off an even gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 14, NGC 62, CAC 2 (that's a powerful statement as to how these come). PCGS has graded NO coins higher. CAC has stickered only one. The last one to sell in a major auction brought $4,600.00 06/09 and was NOT CAC. This is a great coin for a Type set looking for something less common.

J- 928 1870 50C PCGS PR64DCAMEO DENALI
  KILLER DEEP MIRRORS!
Sold on 01/2012
This is a very high R7 (4-6 minted). It is a Barber designed pattern. Seated obverse, standard Silver reverse.

Electrifying super deep mirrors are remarkably clear, clean, and reflective. There are just two teenie planchet chips on the reverse and a few stray light lines, nothing serious to knock it down a grade. A light hint of golden brown sparkles from both sides. Miss Liberty and every details are pinpoint sharp in strike. The frosting is thick and creamy. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. The Simpson coin is the only one finer. This is the ONLY Deep Cameo graded. There are NO auction records.

  EXQUSITE APPEARANCE!
Sold on 01/2012
This coin is a R7 (4-12 minted). It is struck in aluminum.

Only very slight milkiness (typical to aluminum coins) can be seen. Overall, the mirrors are crisp, clean (you need a glass to see two small planchet flakes), and have powerful reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. the eye appeal is fantastic!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. This is tied for finest graded (with the Simpson coin). There are no auction records for a PR66 J-859. The Judd books lists a PR65 at $6,500.00. Opportunity knocks loud here!

$20 1911S PCGS MS66 DUCKOR/AKERS
  REALLY CLEAN!
Sold on 01/2012
After having spent over $1,500,000.00 in the Duckor sale, this is the ONLY coin we have that was not spoken for. Chances are few Duckor coins will ever resurface on the market.

Forget the collection it came out of, we never EVER see 11S Saints in MS66. The last one we handled was back in 2010-and prior to that we hadn't owned ANY!

This coin is pleasing for the grade. The surfaces appear smooth and clean overall. Even using a strong glass you will not find hits or ticks of significance. A strong luster shows off beautiful and totally ORIGINAL pale two tone gold colors. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have extra sharp strikes. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 26, NGC 34, CAC 5. Hard to believe, there is ONE MS67 graded by PCGS. We can not find a record of any PCGS /CAC pieces selling at auction. We can assure you, you will never see any quantity of them anywhere!

Legend Numismatics is pleased to offer this beautiful 11S $20 from the Dukor Collection.

25C 1880 PCGS PR66+ CAMEO
  SHOULD HAVE BEEN +++++!!!
Sold on 01/2012
In the "old days", this coin would have been a lock PR67 Cameo by the services. With the new "pinpoint" attempts at grading its a 66.9+. We'll live with that!

Absolutely perfect mirrors are like freshly formed ice. They are crystal clear, have good depth, there are ZERO problems anywhere, and are boldly reflective. The entire coin is snowy white untoned. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have thick snow white frost. The eye appeal is outstanding!

PCGS 15, NGC 18, CAC 5 (w/none higher). PCGS has only graded 2 coins in PR66+ Cameo. Even a NON CAC PCGS PR67 would cost you $8,500.00. Opportunity knocks loud here!
